Love how you approached the theme & turned it into something so different from the source. The foreground parallax is a great detail too -- not at all distracting while playing, but makes the gif really appealing. I wish the mechanics were taken even further, but two weeks is a tight deadline. Nice work!
Managed to survive 66 seconds too! That's a really fun concept, my main issue with it was already mentioned on the itch page itself - the losing condition isn't immediately clear. Even when I knew to look at the right, it doesn't feel like there's any time to look there when you're busy dashing around to do those dishes.
Your character flashing red, or maybe highlighting the necessary dishes that are floating around a couple of seconds before you'd be game over might help.
This is rather nice man :). Cool concept and great art as well. I was able to last for 66 seconds. It's kinda hard but fun none the less. Love the different dish types
