Controls were super rigid and in terms of polishing and level design it could use some work but this is a solid start to a game great job guys!

Nice game, there is a lot of work for polishing but the ideas are here and it is a total fit to the theme. I must admit, the game does not feel super great for now with its control as everything I did looked clumsy to me but I finally matured :p

Now, the environment is really pretty, it feels like the most advanced part of the game and this is great. I didn't feel much sounds effects, the music is good but maybe too short, it feels a bit empty on that side to me. Maybe if you put a bit more sound effects when items are grabbed, when water is being absorbed... It could really add something important to your game for little work I think. (Also you should try to fix that space jump haha)

Anyway, I know it is about time so it's a pretty good job for the time allowed, congrats!

I love the low poly art and the fact that you have a day/night cycle.  I had some problems with the controls at first, but after it disabled my pointer it was better.  During the second stage of growth I was able to jump sky high, not sure if this was intended but it made locating the puddles easier lol.  I enjoyed it after I grew more acquainted with the controls.

Thanks for taking your time! 😃

Really unique idea, I love the concept. Hampered a bit by stiff controls but still fun!

Clearly a lot of effort went into the making of this game. It looks great, the sound is ok (Personal preference), but the controls and implementation spoils it for me a bit. Now a disclaimer before I sound like a monster: I played on the Windows version and I believe that this was a stellar effort by the team involved, unfortunately the project was hurt severely by scope and I believe that it could've gone a lot better if the scope was reigned in a bit.

Here are a few bugs/problems that I found.

The camera in the game (Which I know from personal experience is a nightmare to implement in a game like this) has  a very bad preset angle for me. The constant changing of angles is understandable provided the dev time, but I can never notice pests attacking me. I would basically just wither spontaneously.

The steep angle of puddles meant that I would constantly get stuck in them.

The jump is also pretty buggy, as I would shoot up into the air whenever I tapped the jump button after reaching a certain amount of food.

Sorry for sounding so negative. You guys really gave a good attempt. I also don't see other people having problems, so this could possibly be a problem with the windows build?

EDIT: I played the web version of the game afterwards. The jumping bug was no longer present and the camera felt more manageable. I'd urge players to use the web version of the game.

thanks for your feedback! I'll have a look into the issues. As for the pests you can collect pesticides to get rid of them completely!

I was wondering afterwards if the pesticides acted as repellent rather than armour.

it does act like a repellant

I really like the art, and the map is huge, I went up and down the slide :)

I really love low poly games and you did a good job on this one. But the info button on the menu didnt show anything for me so it was a bit confusing seeing all the bars when the game started. When I jump the model keeps turning and when I encountered the flies and they started chasing me, they started colliding with each other. Great job on the music and models!! Really creative

EDIT: I've read the game page. Bit more impressed now at the depth of details you got in this. Great Job
