Oh nice story bits and nice gameplay! The graphics are really pretty handdrawn too. Definitely very unique game! Gave you a nice rating! If you like to check out our game too! :)

I reached the boss twice, almost killed him the second time (only 3 parts left), I'll stop here because it takes some time to reach it and I want to try a couple of more games.

Fighting back is super hard from a point (from a point in a day, and from a point in the week), basically all I do during the last few days is avoiding the bombs and nothing else. At the end of the last day there are so many things on the screen that the game lags, it's fun anyway to have so many things on the screen, I like it.

The premise is really super cool, silly as I like it.

Overall the game is fun while you got it, timing a good blocking which kills some enemies with the throwing back sure is satisfying, and at least when things are manageable at the beginning of the week and the beginning of a day trying to wash the dish while fighting back with both the projectiles from the box and the blocking precisely to keep things manageable is fun too. During the last days I get overwhelmed super fast and trying to fight back would kill me just as fast. The game also looks great and the music is nice too.

Sometimes when you die you restart with your uprades (I think it's consistent from a point but in the beginning you don't, or something like that? Or maybe you always do but I had the impression you don't), also the costs of upgrades get crazy in the process, it's funny (for example Good employee level 2 costs 26,214,400 at that point ;) ).

That's a cool entry, thanks for sharing.

I loved the theme and the music. Very interesting take on the bullet hell theme, and I loved all the story elements added into the game. Great job!

Squeaky Clean is a super fun take on the bullet hell genre through the eyes of a busser amidst the hordes of the rat armada. With easy-to-follow controls, charming comic style presentation, a flavorful soundtrack, and enticing storyline, I had the most enjoyable time doing dishes ever.

I was able to progress to the next stage on my second attempt. There I learned how the team implemented the jam's theme of "consequences," through the introduction of the Merchant. A player has the decision to choose an upgrade at the cost of detriment to ability, in my case being a 10% reduction of my HP in exchange for cutlery projectiles.

I find that there's a lot of enemy activity to counter while simultaneously washing dishes. The blocking mechanic doesn't hold up too well against how many projectiles are being flung at once during the first stage, so perhaps some adjustment in balance could be made. My best was washing 4 plates with 2 destroyed.

Overall, this is a fantastic prototype.  Despite personal conflicts and engagements, your team came through with an excellent proof of concept that can definitely transform into a fully realized project. Well done!

Nice entry! I thought the initial idea was to deflect all the toothpicks from hitting these dishes which led me to die a couple of times before revisiting the opening scene to read the controls. The health bars are a good visual since they kept me updated on my progress.
