Rogue-like games are fitting theme as every death is a fresh start, as death can be seen as end and being reborn again from start can be seen as beginning.

Fun game, im bad and found it difficult but if thats what ur going for don't change it. Graphics were cool, movement felt quite good, some bugs with enimies not de-spawing on death. Overall very good!
All it lacks is some polish to be a real quality game! Animations are great, some sprite could be better. And also, more feedback about when we can attack or not. Not being able to dodge projectile was painful too. Great job!
love the skyrim intro, great graphics and music add to the mood of the game. I wish there was a bit more feedback as to my attack cooldowns, I could never know if I should attack or if I should run away. Pretty difficult game tbh, it took me a bunch of lives to make it to the goblin. Really nice entry, made me think of diablo a bit. Great job!
Thanks for feedback, I guess you wanted to tell when you could attack via some sort of UI? I agree, that would make sense.
Managed to oof the big bad goblin boss! Didn't really find myself using the dodge all that much because I found it was just as effective scampering away but the main attacks of the goblin boss were choreographed nicely and his move set was cool. Nice submission!

Fun little game, the combat is a bit lack luster since there is such a huge delay when you finish your combo and it doesn't guarantee that the enemy will be staggered meaning you will often trade hits and the dodge works only in large areas. Other then that some polish and it gets pretty fun.
Aaa! The delay is supposed to be paired with the roll feature so even though it's long, you can still run away from your enemies! I don't think a lot of people use it even though it's in the tutorial at the beggining

Love the character animation! Hard to move/attack (I had no chance against two archers), which was a shame since those animations are sweet.
Great game! The only problem was that the fighting was really annoying, because I could never attack.
Fighting was kinda annoying for me, there was this weird cooldown after attacking. I like the soundtrack :)
The music, sound effect, graphic and, animations all work well together. For combat, the down time between swinging your sword make the combat feel clunky and forced me into 'hit and run' tactics.
On my first playthrough I selected 'wake up' at the end, it was not clear that was the same as quit.
I think it's a good start to a game and a good jam submission.
When you hover over any button, you can see a tooltip appears below, Im not sure why you missed it.
This isnt my first game but I admit it was rushen over because in first days we couldn't manage it well as it can happen on any jam. I hope I can deliver more quality games in one week, thanks.

yeah maybe at least a map would help for sure but I delivered everything on latest hours :))
We did the same with ours, i am the programmer i had a delay of 3 days. My pc was dead, power supply failure in the first day of jam. So imagine the rush. :)
Yeah believe me I know how it is to rush... I didnt sleep on last day to deliver this game.

Loved the roll animation. Cooldown for the attack was a little long but otherwise very fun!
I wanted to penalty player a bit since we couldnt do what all we want such as items :D
The only thing this game is missing is the ability for the Player to take off their armor to have better mobility, but overall:

Yeah its hard to make a dungeon crawler in 1 week but we definetely tried to make a playable game :)

If I die, the game goes black and I can't play anymore. But great graphics, love the sexy skeleton!
Thank you so much for your feedback! Once you die, there's 2 options, to wake up, which is to end the game, or to be reborn! you have to click on the reborn option!
A proper dungeon crawler :P Takes me back to the flash days. I did notice it looks like you guys uploaded the game twice, you might want to pick an upload to stick with as the main entry to the jam. Not sure if that'll cause any problems for you but it seems worth making sure.
