When the player died I instantly thought of Egipt gods when I saw the god. Also, the characters looked very Egipt.

Make Your Way To TheReally amazing game! I really love it! I grew up with the Mario and Luigi Saga, Pokemon, Undertale, etc. so I'm a really big fan of RPGs, especially this type of them! Good Job! I really like how these graphics match with the rest of the game and the humor of the game! Though sometimes there were some inacurracies in the story and balancing. How is a random Boats Man stronger than a literal god? And I'm not that into egyptian religion, so I don't know who that last guy was, but if he is not a god, how is he stronger than a god and the boatsman that's stronger than the god? Another issue I had was that the game lacks a bit in juice and polish, but since you had school (same for me, so I can really relate), this isn't that big of a deal. Overall really fun, I really enjoyed this game and I think it's way too underrated even with these issues, Great Job, one of my favorites so far!

A Hell of a DateThis was an unexpected gem! LOVE jam games with intros (this one had full cutscenes!!!) and 2.5D in games, so this was already in my alley. The gameplay is a little stale for a turn-based rpg (Didn't expect more from a game made in a week nevertheless) but the whole thing is very impressive! I had a lot of fun, sadly got softlocked when my main died and I still tried to attack an enemy with him 😋

Miles From Homegreat story the fights were kinda repetitive and the other powers rather than attack weren't really useful till the boss fight so you maybe could make'em more useful but overall great job my friend

Eternal DeathThis is an excellent game that I highly recommend, so go ahead and give it a try! Overall, the developer has done a phenomenal job, and I can't wait to see what they come up with next. One aspect of this game that I appreciated was its humor, which added an enjoyable level of randomness. fantastic work!

Beep Pick - Brackeys Jam1 - 2023This was one of my favorite games in the jam. I love the look and the story, it filled with atmosphere. Great work! Only two things I could point out is the text sfx peaks, and it hurts the ears when wearing headphones, the other being a bug where if you tap space too quickly while the enemy is near end of their attack you will select the area where they stood while hitting you making you whiff. Minor things that can easily be fixed. Fantastic work! Keep it up!

FootnotesThat was very well done for the limited time you had. I ran into a couple of glitches with the enemies respawning in the overworld and I could just push them around lol. But it felt like Paper Mario at home in the best way possible. Great job.

CuRu Benwow this game is really good, the art is great and all the cinematics and animations really make the game pop. definitely deserves more ratings. only thing i would critique is the combat becomes a bit bland and I don't see much of a reason to defend but really good game none the less

DieselpunkI've never played Paper Mario, but I can confidently notice that this Game took at least some inspiration from it.
I really enjoyed this Game's sense of humor and I can see a huge potential for this Game to be turned into a bigger release, Great Job!

RPongG (Jam Version)Okay, from the very first second, I KNEW it was you! Plastic Pals was my favorite entry last jam, and you have a very recognisable style ^^.
This game is really good ^^. A bit less polished that plastic pals, but the ending text explained why, and it's still a LOT MORE polished than what we could expect for a game jam ^^.
The graphics are awesome, the gameplay is interesting, and the humor is awesome ^^. Always a pleasure to play your games, congratulations =)
