How does you game fit the theme?
The premise of this game is that there are ghosts in the room with you, hence why "you're not alone".

Did you write all the code and made all the assets from scratch?
Yes, I made the art, music and wrote all the code. Although there are two creative commons licensed sound effects are used & credited in the game description.

Its a short game and "something happens" when I click light switch. Music and audio is good.

Nice game, Good job!

Submitted

It´s short but I think it´s cute!

I like the style of the game. The fact that you have to klick on things and figure out what could be there

This simple and interactive game is actually pretty cute and fun to me as I try to brute force my way through to find out how I can sleep safely! Would suggest to have multiple levels and different items to keep the game more refreshing!

Submitted

Nice! I really liked the graphics and the audio

Submitted

Very cool game! The art goes really well with this game and the audio picks were a good choice.

I think the graphics and music was good.  I didn't really understand the gameplay tho. I'm probably dumb.

Developer

The gameplay is mostly just similar to those old point-and-click browser games, where you would be stuck in a room & have to find your way out. But in this case, you have to find a way to permanently keep the ghosts away (hint, some options do send the ghosts away but only temporarily)

amazing game, very short but satisfying at the same time, just the audio would overlap often causing a lot of noise, but great good game!

Developer

Ah, I hope it wasn't too loud! The overlapping audio was intentional though to make it more spooky when the lights were off (unless you mean the sound effects?)

Submitted

yet me explain a little, i have a tendency to spam click so it led to overlapping text and overlapping door opening sounds, tv sounds etc like the door audio keeps on triggering even after i stopped interacting. imagine the door creaking and another door creak sound starting to play before the first one ends(its 3 am here so i have no clue if im making any sense) and no, the sound design was actually pretty good, just the overlapping sound effects thing!

Oh, thank you for elaborating & for the feedback! That makes sense, I'll try and resolve that in a future update!

great game!

I liked to click in everything to see what happens =P

you could totally make this into some puzzle like baba is you! nice job!

Developer

Thanks! I would have loved to add more puzzle-y mechanics but my week was stacked unfortunately so I only had two evenings to work on it! But I might expand it to add more mechanics at a future date!

That was hilarious! I love how the ghosts disappeared when the TV was turned on (causes parent to come?) but comes back when off.

Yeay, got the nightlamp ! Fun little game :D

This was so fun! While it lasted, anyway. I was sad to figure out it’s so short, it was interesting.

I'm pretty sure it's not legal to use the samsung logo but ok 👍

Love the idea but it could use some instructions for us to make it a better experience for us. Great work and Keep it up!!

Developer(+1)

Thanks for the note, I added the description to add a little more instruction, but I did keep it brief as I didn't want to give too much away - I want people to be able to discover how to complete it just from clicking around and trying to figure things out
