How does you game fit the theme?
it is a game about reality and not reality.
Did you write all the code and made all the assets from scratch?
yes, all code is mine. some creative commons assets are credited on the page and in the repo readme.

Simple and fun. Having paths that aren't viable feels bad. I spent a decent amount of time playing this one.
Now that the jam is over, I'm going to tweak the level generation so there's less opportunity to get stuck. Thanks for playing!
great use of the theme.
Thank you!
Nice gravity change effect! Cool game, great work!
I had a lot of fun. Took some time to figure out the goal + the fact I had to figure out from which platform the jump is possible. I believe you already know they're not always, but it doesn't matter, since the restart is fast. Love the change of atmosphere when going to different worlds, the ghost are a great addition, I was chasing kills :D Looking forward to you updating this game/ other games you work on, really good!
Hey, thanks for playing. Really good feedback. I expected people to chase kills, to be honest, but it ain't easy. I'm going to give this an update at some point with all this feedback. I think I have something interesting that I can build on.
While I liked the portal switching, sometimes the portals were out of reach, making progress impossible.
The “unreal” side isn't really unreal, it can still kill you, and it's basically the same as the “real side” except for the floating bullets (at least I couldn't find a difference).
The music choice is really nice tho, even though it's a bit distorted in the “real” side, which is confusing considering the fact that it's “real”.
I liked the power ups, although I hoped they would save me from falling, since it's really the biggest threat in the game.
simple yet nice to play
Thanks for playing!
Cool mechanics
Thanks for playing!
Cool game! I enjoyed it.
Thanks for playing!
Giving me geometry dash vibe. Sometimes I got into impossible case to not losing tho.
But overall the game was great!
Awesome! I didn't have Geometry Dash in mind but I sometimes really love simple geometry objects in games, so I'm never afraid to keep it simple. (I'm also not great in blender yet!)
Thanks for playing and giving feedback!
I like it a lot! The idea of jumping through the portal-like thing was great! Very fun to play with and felt great to use.
I found it interesting how the player, a cube, rolled around. It looked a little weird, but it didn't change my opinion/rating.
Overall, great game. Was fun to play, and I loved the idea. Well done!
I spent a lot of time trying to get the cube movement just right. It's physics-based and that makes it harder than if it were to just slide around (I considered it, but I kind of liked the rolling cube). I need to spend more time polishing that bit of movement physics to make it feel snappier I think. (And probably fix the sound effects as well).
Thanks for playing and your feedback! It's making me want to invest more time in this idea.
very cool concept. it's an interesting twist that would be cool to explore more.
Thanks. I think I will come back to it and polish it. I want to add a better level difficulty ramp and probably tweak the movement more so it feels better to control.
I love the game, and it was cool to visit your stream while developing.
The only real issue that I have is when you can't progress the auto generated level, because you can't make a jump to a portal for example, and backtracking doesn't help either.
So this is very luck based from time to time, either than skill based.
:)
That's honest feedback. If I were to have more time, I would adjust the level generating code and consider a difficulty ramp the further you get in the game. Thanks for hanging out in the stream with me while I developed it. I appreciate the feedback and will improve on the next one!
Its amazing how hard this game is, dealing with spikes, ghosts, and gravity all at the same time! The music choice was great, I don't know if you intended it to work out this way but the drums came in just as I made my first jump off the platform and it felt great.
Thanks! I'm glad you enjoyed it. This was my first time building auto-generating maps. It took me quite a bit of time to get all the math just right and in the process, I think I just got really good at my own game. I would probably tweak the level generation if were to have more time. I would aim to make it ramp slowly so it got harder the further you got. Thank you for commenting and for your feedback.
