I feel like it needs a lot of polish. I couldn't get the shovel to go exactly where I was clicking and the gameplay itself is kind of confusing at first. But after a while I can understand it better and it's kind of fun. Please consider playing my game as well :)
This is a solid game. even though I was clicking things by memory, and the ground was just changing without warning, sometimes I don't get to see the ground before I begin, I got the prize.
can you try out my game? I could really use the feedback.
Possibly an interesting take on minesweeper, but I had no idea what I was really supposed to do. Couldn't find the logic how to know which holes I'm supposed/allowed to dig and which ones not. Since it's grid-based, would've liked to see the grid on the grass and dirt. Having the shovel move with the mouse would've been nice, too. The writing and music was alright.
I could have used a tutorial but I had fun :)
Nice idea and looks nice. One thing I might suggest is making the spade move with the mouse cursor instead of just moving to the click, but all in all this game has potential. Good work! Check out my submission if you get time. Cheers!
Needs a little polishing but i am sure you can do that. The music is awesome and fits well.
Maybe when I have a few days, getting back to work now.
I didn't understand the rules of the game, I felt like I was randomly clicking. I like the writing a lot! The story was a fun break between levels.
Well, the story is the reason I did the game, thanks.
It is a pseudo random crap shoot. It was supposed to have three modes each level: slow, fast, faster. A lot to do still for a real set of rules.
The concept behind this game is great. However, I did not understand the mechanics of the game. A tutorial would be helpful.
There was supposed to be a lot more added, a tutorial being paramount above the rest. Unfortunately, I was alone by day3 and started over.
