Difficult on laptop to move and shoot at the same time, made it quite hard to kill the hero! Fun idea for a game

I love the premise! I couldn't find bananas in time, I'm a terrible NPC

Very polished! Fun game, I'd love a bit more power on the movement though.

Great little puzzle! Loved the big looming face outside

The manual reload got me too! Fun game :)

I think it's fair to point out that this is the Phaser example game reskinned, but that doesn't mean it's not still fun :)

Well done for getting something submitted, game jams are hard. It's always better to submit something rather than nothing (look how many people joined the jam and didn't submit!), it's all good practice :)

Loved this! I got better as I played and could more intuitively work out the numbers. Great for learning your powers of 2 :)

Trackpad wasn't fast enough for me to beat level 3! Definitely needs a mouse for maximum manoeuvrability.

I got past level 3 by piling up dead Bobs and climbing the pile of corpses! Jumping puzzle shmumping puzzle. Great game!

(1 edit)

Very beautiful, but sadly I fell down the hole on the right and the camera didn't follow me so couldn't go further. Reloaded and tried again but same thing happened.

Edit: Aha! I have discovered the double jump and can now reach the top cobweb! Made it past level 1!

Great graphics, looks really sharp! I struggled to get past level 4, I think I just have bad rhythm haha

I also found the Q/D/S time feature tricky to use. But it was a very good tutorial and a neat take on the theme.

It took me way too long to realise I could sprint, spent ages walking through the forest! Once I had that down it was much pacier though :)

Frustrating yet fun :)

Possibly the best game I've played in this jam! I got 74.9%, I loved how it got harder over time, I would have loved it to go into double time at the end! Great dialog and music and very nice graphics. Top game!

Thanks! We noticed those issues too, but ran out of time to fix it. Let's call it an extra layer of difficulty :)

Beautiful graphics, could have used a tutorial to help explain what to do. I lost many many crew, but I sure did explore a lot of abandoned stations!

I found it a bit baffling, might have been good to start with fewer options and build up. I enjoyed the victory and defeat gifs :)

My second fight glitched out a bit and I could only pause or give up after I won, but overall a very polished game!

Great concept, very innovative! It would be cool to have some nice classical music in the background which fits with the notes you're jumping over so it feels more like you're part of a bigger orchestra.

Amazing graphics! Felt really polished. I would have liked some more obstacles at ground level, I found myself just running along the floor and shooting by the end, not much need for jumping.

Great game! I would have loved a tutorial, it took me a little while to get to grips with the controls. Fantastic art style and audio too.

Very smooth graphics, nice job!

I really enjoyed this! "This is not how trees actually grow (I don't know how trees grow)" made me laugh too. Beautiful style and very innovative game, well done!

Great work! I would have loved it if the music kept going instead of restarting when you die (I died a lot!)

I was just getting into it when I lost quite suddenly! Would have been nice to have more warning so I could do something about it. Nice little game!

I did it! I created the ULTIMATE END BOSS! I initially thought it was bit simplistic, but damn did I just always want to see the next creature up. Surprisingly addictive once you get going and a lot of fun!

Cool concept! I would have liked the wizard to have more of a necromancer feel to him rather than the cute purple vibe he had going on. He is a blood wizard after all.

Cute ducks. A couple of genuinely tricky puzzles too, nice work!

Not super clear what the goal was, could use a brief tutorial or explanation page before the game starts.

Beautiful art work and a nice puzzle game. Top work!

The quick reset means you can die a bunch of times in a row and it's not too frustrating, very nice! Nice art and concept, possibly a bit too punishing in places.

Oh no! Aside from refreshing the page I've got no suggestions I'm afraid. Try imagining a snake with lovely golden hair and you'll at least get part of the experience.

Try refreshing the page!

"Pesky hellspawn, get back in that hole!" *spray* *spray* *thwack*
Loved the theme! Really nice sound effects and those flames that sweep past to change scenes are awesome!

Super fun and nostalgic! Very fun voice over bits too, great game!

Gorgeous visuals. Would have been nice to have some feedback on how long reloading takes as I found I was clicking frantically at the ghosts until it shot again.

Great audio! Loved the screen shake on impact, some very nice details and a fun take on the theme.

Beautiful and fun! Loved the flame effect on the temperature gauge when you get hit. Great interpretation of bullet hell :)

Very well developed game, clear menus, clear rules and always aware of your score and how you're progressing. Great graphics too! Nice work!
