a LOT of fun!

The game is rly nice! But I don’t like that you have dash under right button, I can get used to it, but tbh I think I would prefer dash under space or smth. The art and sounds are great but as one person pointed out, the dash could use some sfx. The game overall is fun and nice to play with but I’ve also tried to put two cards on one slot and the game allowed me to do that (unintented behaviour). The game overall is rly good and I had fun playing it.

GG and Gl!

This was really nice, I love the Megaman like style and music. Great job!

Dash could use some sfx but other than that everything's great, especially the music!

The sound design is AMAZING! Was jamming to those songs all throughout gameplay, overall visuals and characters controls are nicely done too, good job! :D

The game is very polished with smooth, tight controls. The physics is also well implemented. Game was fun, so great work!

Overall design was good. The player controls were tight and responsive. Great job!

I liked the bouncy boss the best, controls felt really fun (wall jumping + dash was super smooth). Some of the sound effects made me laugh too like the player taking damage as a low boom :P -- I couldn't beat the last boss (and it didn't really feel fair that their bullets could go through the walls but mine couldn't), but lab designs were good. I didn't feel forced to  us the abilities and exchange my loadout really. I enjoyed the music too -- felt very megaman :)

Hey there, I am trying to get other to re-submit their reviews for my game if possible...it was deleted and removed from the Jam on accident based on a technicality which was solved between the Jam Host and a particular asset used in the game...please if you have time, energy, and/or generosity to re-saved your ratings/reviews for the game. I am going through and re-saving yours given my browser kept your rating saved data on my end...but it looks like I lost all 73 reviews and ratings from my end....  :( best of luck to you in the Jam

Sorry for the inconvenience if you have a chance to rate/re-rate

In bouncing lab I was was able to hurt myself with my own bullets. Overall quite interesting.

Developer(+1)

I remember that the bullet was set far enough away not to kill you when it was created, but you can reach it with a dash. Thanks for playing :)

Though quite hard, the bouncy ball boss was fun.
I found the dash control a bit hard to use, as it felt like it locked the player, or didn't jump in response.

Developer

The dash has a dead time to rest before shooting off in your direction, I was inspired by the Celeste dash. Thanks for playing :)
