The game is rly nice! But I don’t like that you have dash under right button, I can get used to it, but tbh I think I would prefer dash under space or smth. The art and sounds are great but as one person pointed out, the dash could use some sfx. The game overall is fun and nice to play with but I’ve also tried to put two cards on one slot and the game allowed me to do that (unintented behaviour). The game overall is rly good and I had fun playing it.

Very cool game. The blocking mechanic is too complex for me, I dunno why it works sometimes and why sometimes it doesn’t. The game overall is fun but I only got to the second boss due to me not knowing how to use that block (that frost one).

EDIT: I also forgot to mention but the player attack should be stronger when you do it from sprint? I dunno it’s just my logic. Also in tutorial I think it said to use WASD for movement… I can only use A and D lol
Very cool game, the art looks good and music sounds fantastic! The bosses were very cool and quite easy to beat, but also not too easy (I died few times before each one lol), although there’s a one problem with one boss and its attack…
The owl boss has its attack where it shoots its wings at the player, but I don’t really know where the player hitboxes are… I assume that it’s like a rectangle on the player feet or smth but it isn’t told very good.
Anyway good game, fun to play. Would love to see more bosses! GG!
Cool game! The art looks very good and the sound… well sounds amazing lol Unfortunately due to my skill I only got to the first boss and welp it was too hard for me although I think that I could beat him now, maybe I just gave up too early? lol
The use of the theme is really original and I still haven’t found any game that does similiar thing (or that I remember does similarly).

Anyway fun game, but some things cut my eye:
- health bar is just a square. I would suggest at least making it a rectangle at least (and the icon of the plus is fun)
- I didn’t see anything where I did shoot. maybe some missilies or explosions at that location would be a cool indicator
- I literally’ve beaten entire game without exchanging/changing the weapons, you should do something about (maybe make so that he is vulnerable to certain weapons at certain attack patterns)
- The art style doesn’t match the entire game (e.g.: on main screen the art style is just rectangle, while the entire game later is pixel art, I suggest that you could keep the pixel art style everywhere or the rectangle, otherwise the main game loop looks cool).
- The idea of those red and green circles is not the best designed, I played by just shooting at the boss and won (thus the idea of healing by using those circles or healing by reloading is also not the best design, I just played by healing by reloading)

Thanks for kind words about the graphics! ❤️ The game contains two bosses and three levels with level selector at start. Due to time limit and my laziness I coded the levels the way that you can start from any point in the story you want and after you beat that level you dont go to the level selector but instead to the next level… Thanks for your feedback! Now I know what to take into account when designing level transition lol
