Overall very well put together and original idea for game mechanic to match the theme. Checkpoints would have been nice or broken into levels instead of doing all 120 ghosts at once.

I really loved this, but I have to agree with more checkpoints and/or maybe some way to get health. But seriously great game!

It's fun. I love your mechanic.

Maybe you should add more checkpoints because it's a little bit frustrating when you fall out of the map and must go from the start again.

i really like the gameplay and its super fun and feels really good but there just isnt a lot of variety in gameplay and restarting from the beginning is pretty rough

Loved the mechanic and the simple to grasp nature of it. The art style was also a pleasant touch to it all

Cool mechanic. I never used a sword like that haha. Thanks for the refreshing mechanic. Well done!

Nice!

It's pretty cool to have not only the sword hitbox but the damage scale with how much you're swinging it. I went for a similar mechanic in tone (the more you jump the less height you achieve), so I think I understand where you were going with this.

If you want to expand on it, maybe experiment with a more standard control scheme for attacks, while keeping the scaling idea?

Good luck in the Jam!

Yeah, maybe it would have fit better on a controller or something like that. A joystick would have bin perfect for that swing mechanic

very fun game i enjoyed it a ton!

it was a bit annoying to have to restart all the time because of some of the sloopy jumping that could definitely be improved!

also the visuals were super cool!
