How did you interpret the theme?
i thought the game should have something to do with darkness, night and falling asleep. The game's area is a dark storage room with flickering lights. Also, the player has to finish their tasks before falling asleep.

This game is fun and even a little bit scary. I like the 3D graphics and how the game randomizes where the items are each time!
Nice 3D models, it's smooth, visually great !
Really Neat Game!! the flickering lights do something about blackout at least.
I LOVED IT! Just putting item mechanic were a bit weird (when putting it to boxes), and it could be great if alread put items were gray. And also i don't know if it is a bug but my mouse wasn't locked to middle of screen?
Thanks for playing my game and giving feedback! The way items are placed in the boxes will be reworked and will upload that version tomorrow.
Simple and nice game, I liked the slipping animation when you run across the oil, but the placing of objects in the box is a bit clunky and sometimes doesn't register, but still a really cool game.
Thank you for playing and giving feedback! The way items are placed in the boxes will be reworked after the jam ends.
I like the game!!!
Would have loved a jump mechanic!
I had a bug:
In my first playthrough I put all the objects but the orders weren't taken and the timer went out and I tried again! In my second playthrough the first order was accepted from the second order I needed to put the objects back again and on the third order the objects were falling from the box and they weren't entering in the box! Somehow I found a solution and I finished the game!
These things really didn't bother me, I still enjoyed your game!!!
I loved that the monkey is the one from Blender!
Overall a good game or better say a very good game, especially cause it's your first game-jam game! I really hope that you had fun being in this jam and I hope that I was able to give you the same good feeling while you played my game! Hope to see you in more jams and of course on podiums!
Thanks for playing my game and giving feedback!
I'm glad you didn't give up and finished the game anyways. The logic that decides what item is in the box and what's not will be reworked when the jam ends. I will simplify it so everyone will be able to complete the game without dealing with physics. To balance that, maybe the time available will be reduced.
The darkness and literal ticking clock give everything a spooky mood...
even if nothing spooky ever actually happens
. The timer is very well balanced against the tasks you have to complete, and the oil slicks are a great touch, as are the boxes in the storeroom rearranging themselves for each playthrough. But I couldn't finish, because the physics around the boxes and dropping items into them is either bugged, or incredibly finnicky. Sometimes it worked, sometimes it didn't, someitmes an order I wasn't even trying to fill got filled, it was very unpredictable and eventually frustrating. Still this is super impressive for a first game jam entry.
Thank you for playing my game and giving an honest review. You are not the first getting frustrated with the physics of the items. I didn't mean to turn the game into a rage game for anyone.
The only thing that ruined the players' experience is that one thing which I'm really sad about. I will definitely fix that logic after the jam ends so everyone can complete the game without any frustrations.
Hey, don't feel bad at all, first off none of these games have the potential to cause me true rage, and secondly, it's a game jam, everyone releases with SOMETHING broken (I'm sure I did), it's like a tradition.

I really loved this game..
except...
for one thing...
The physics when dropping things into the boxes a bad. They knock each other out of the box, won't go in the box, roll on the floor after being put into the box. That is not good. I had over 2 minutes left with the last item in my hand and I sort of 'stacked' it in the box with like 15 seconds left. It shouldn't take 90 seconds to drop the item in the box.
Also, when the order is filled, close the box so we know the order is filled. You have the beginnings of a cool game just needs a little work.
Thank you for playing the game and pointing this out. I should have made the interaction without using physics. I had different ideas in mind (ui based, 3 item places per box, the current one...). The original plan was to make large green areas where the items should be dropped but visually I thought the boxes would be better.
When you bring all items to a box the box disappears and the order is checked.
I had no boxes disappearing. I am going to try it again.
So, I played it again, still no box disappearing.
On my stream at about 2:28:00 you can see me playing
How did you try to put ther items in the boxes? By dropping them with right click or interacting with the boxes?
Where can I see your stream?
The link to the game is in the general channel
Really nice game! It wasn't that challenging, but really great!
I had a great time playing this game! Keep up the good work!
Thank you for playing my game!
I have a great time playing this game i rated if you want or have 5 sec to try my game i will appreciate a lot!
i did al the orders haha, it seems challenging and i like, BTW i complete all the orders before 5 seconds of the deadline haha, nice game
Thank you for playing my game! I'm glad you like it.
Ok, slipping on the spills is hilarious. Wish there'd been a wet floor sign in a corner somewhere I could have wasted far too much of my precious five minutes of consciousness putting in place.
Slipped in oil :(
