Great game, visually neat, the light is kinda satisfying to activate. One issue I have is that I took time to notice we could see in the dark, but maybe it was my screen that wasn't well set.

Thx a lot for this review ! I think I know how to solve these problems, like in the loading screen, increasing the cooldown of the small enemies, increasing the amount of healing to 15%. For the charged bullet, I didn't have enough time to think about a better boolean system to play the sound at the right moment and only once, but when the jam will be over I'll rethink it. And yeah, adding the spacebar as a jump would be more of an addon than removing something so it will be worth adding it. Again thank you a lot for your review, I'm glad to see people play my game !
Thx a lot ! And yeah I wanted to match the music with the level and for the difficulty, the first version was too easy, so I made it harder, it was too hard, so I made it easier, it was too easy so I made a little harder, but I think less harder would have been better xD. Probably increasing the cooldown of spawning enemies would be enough. And for the perspectives mechanics, at first, I wanted to do this for all the map, but it took too much time (I implemented it on the last day of submission, before the submission time was delayed by 12 hours), so I kept it but only for "locked" parts of the map.
Nice game, it was fun to play and there was much content. Only issues I have is to have more sound effects, so it can be more scary, and for Act 2 Part 1, I had trouble to get past through the second robot and I didn't know what to do. But it was refreshing, the 3D looks nice and I liked how there are small cinematics at the beginning of every part, it adds some immersion.
You can get to the other cliff by double jumping where the bottle was. The more you hold the jump, higher you jump, if you pressed then released directly, it will do a short jump. Also, you can use the charged attack of the weapon (right click) to "boost" you. I'm sorry, I kinda knew that maybe I had to do some tutorial to introduce the double jump and the charged attack, but I ran out of time...
And I tied to do a web version, but the game stuck on the beginning when I clicked the buttons and didn't know how to fix it.
That's kinda fun, played around 5 or 6 games. I think there can be improvements like, showing more than just a 5x5 map (but not too much so it can still be a maze where you don't know where to go), the instructions are well explained, but I needed some time to understand I was on the center of the map, maybe a "P" letter for "Player" would be nice. Overall, it's good, reminds me of games we were asked to do in my courses to learn a language like in Java, C, etc.
Interesting, I like the graphics, really smooth, the music for the hardcore mod is catchy, but the others are kinda soft. It's fun, but it's too bad that when you lose all the hearts of one ship, it gets definitely destroyed and you play with only one ship, which makes it much more easier and it doesn't feel like a punishment to lose one ship. But overall, it's good, the bullets and the sounds effects are satisfying and the gameplay is still enjoyable.
