That's a really cool game, but quite difficult to me. I like the polish of the art and music!

Very quick game (I won second try), and the graphics are epic.
...not very good on the wrist xD. You're lucky health is not a rating category
(edit: the creator informed me I could just hold the mouse down)
It was really fun though. I think slime boss is really cute tbh.
On side of breaking/finding cheats - this one was somewhat easier, than lighthouse game - only one variable, no debugger - and I can froggify everything)
Noticed something about warlock class in a code - haven't got a chance to dig it thoroughly yet. Easter egg or cut content?
At this point I'm unsure if its possible to make a web game that you can't exploit in some way :D
Thanks for the spinny gif, we kinda still needed that xd
Warlock was cut in the last 2 days, there's some code for it left as it was easier to comment out its keybind than removing all references.
He had repelling blast as a support ability, knocking away all enemies from the tower.
But I guess looking at the bind value and seeing him referenced in code might be an easter egg in itself? :D
Am a bit surprised you didn't try hack in via the upload function xd
Finally got to play this one
Amazing art, plays nice, css did not break on me too much, lol). Also cool setup for something more, like, what if there were some crew banter between waves here, a lil elaboration on a story there.
The only critique I have is on a technical side - music does not loop nice, there are pauses between loop end/loop start + there is at least one foley sound (sfx-pop?) that has background hiss (did u record it yourself?)
Overall, great work, mr Wizard and the gang!
Thanks for playing!
We try to make sure our CSS works across all browsers & platforms, by testing on base Chromium, Firefox and Safari Mac&IOS.
Do really like the idea of crew banter happening, we might look into that. We don't really have a dedicated writer, but Yutami did a great job with the intro sequence.
I passed the music / sound question on to Ethan, as it's less my expertise.
Holy, the art alone is a 5 star. I had a nice look at the credits where it showcases all the great art! And you guys didn't even use a game engine to create this. The mix of those 3 classes were great, there's DPS and CC's to control the horde.
Really nice art! I was a little confused with the gameplay, I think some more feedback on hitting enemies would work quite well. Pretty nice overall though :)
Really cute and fun game. I love the goblin death sounds.
This is a really cool project! I love the art and personalities. Simple but stylish! I especially love that transition animation!
My only real cratiqe is that I'm not sure how the power ups work. It seems I can shoot multiple attacks at once if I use the same character repeatably... but doesn't that discourage switching characters? I also am not sure what is the difference between the witch and wizard other then the witch having a longer wind up time and slightly bigger shots.
with how small the enemies are, it was also really hard to time shots until the enemies are right at the tower. Kinda wish at least one of the character had slight homing shots. And that the tower's health bar was bigger to give me time to adjust my strategy.
Anyways, you all did amazing!
Thanks for playing!
To answer your questions:
When the tower gets attacked your character gets adrenaline rush, buffing their ability. Wizard sprays fireball, witch has no cooldown on her frogbombs, and succubus has way more hearts and charm chance.
Wizard is mainly single target DPS ,whilst witch is meant as crowd control by turning enemies into explosive frogs. Succubus is support by charming enemies into attacking each other.
You can upload a custom map with a high tower hp from the main menu to test stuff out, I posted an easy mode map in the discord <3
Wow that was a close call, survived with only 1% health haha
Awesome game, fantastic art, and immersive audio. Love that I can change characters and abilities on the fly, really encourages swapping for increased strategy.
Great job! :)
Very cool game lol wish I'm better at it... Kinda hard to aim at those little guys lol. Love the art and music especially!
Fantastic presentation, the art and animations are really well done! I love the credits screen you have, it looks really charming and I liked the behind the scenes programmer art too :D
The game was a bit hard, but I just made an easy wave to solve that. Really impressive that it was done engineless!
Thank you! Happy you noticed my lil' wobble programmer art dudes :D
I posted an easy-er mode in a few discord such as the 1 bit & my own, Feel free to share your map too :P
It's a really fun challenge to make a game without a game-engine you have to make a lot for scratch yea, but once you get the ball rolling there's almost nothing you can't do. <3
I like this game very much. the characters are very cute, the intro is so well written and the music is fitting. grafic is nice and clean, sfx are cool! Problem is that I couldnet get very far and the switching with hotkeys was not working... but maybe I did sth wrong?
Very, very nice entry! :D I like it very much!
Thanks for playing!
For the shortcuts do check the options and try setting the buttons manually, not all keyboards are made equal!
My AZERTY tells the browser it's pressing & é " instead of 1 2 3.
I also sent you a more easier version of the campaign you can try out by uploading it to the main menu.
<3 Hope that helps :D
I keep losing after like 2 waves ;v; but this game is very charming i love the art and the portraits
