I read that it can run on chromebook 

So is it a good engine?

i think it depend on what you are using it for. But as far as i know is good enough engine to fight again unity and unreal engine.

Depends on your criteria. What makes an engine "good"?

The biggest appeal is, that it is free. Godot can do some things that Unity can do. There is enough overlap that you can migrate some games, as has been said here.

Yes, I enjoyed working in Godot. Currently I've been using GDevelop because it is easy to prototype ideas and it exports to mobile easily.

Yeah it does 3D. I mostly work in 2D but I love Godot
