Note: I couldn't finish the game due to lack of time, so this review is based on the first 5 minutes

This game is probably my favourite office chair type game in the jam! Everything is polished and supports the core game. It is impressive for a solo person to have such a high level of quality! Bravo

Also, as an asocial person, the socializing part is perfect

Thanks for the feedback! I really enjoyed the streams and I will for sure join in when you do other jams like GMTK! Please continue spreading positivity in the game dev community, people like your are needed!

Thanks for the feedback!
Didn't know that the walkie talkie is actually based on a real on, just found it in one of the many asset packs that I own lma!

Thanks for the indepth feedback and I am glad to hear that you enjoyed it!

Most of the things that deserve more polish are the things I had do crunch on. For example, I wanted to add screenshake and more visual effect and I had already code for having a sound for the items, but I had to submit it then

Bravo! Don't worry, th e first round is always the worst

Glad that you enjoyed it! The music is not mine and is free cc0 music from the sound library. I gave the links to them in the credits

Cute game! For a week-long jam, I'm genuinely surprised that one person managed to create such high-quality models.

Since you asked for honest feedback, here are my thoughts:

  • The air control is... okay. I don't really feel the impact of the dashes, and most of the time I just fall straight down before I can even reach a ball.
  • The game could use a bit more polish overall. The assets themselves look great, but the mix of different art styles and the fairly flat lighting hurt the immersion. I also think the game would benefit from some extra juice—things like particles, flashy score popups, or making the upgrade wheel feel more exciting would go a long way.
  • Even though the core gameplay is simple, it took me a full run to understand what I was supposed to do. I only figured it out after reading the itch.io page, and I didn't even notice the dash counter in the top-right until I got my first upgrade.

I know this probably sounds pretty critical, but I actually enjoyed the game. I think the foundation is solid, and most of my feedback is about relatively small improvements rather than major issues. I genuinely see a lot of potential here, and with a bit more polish, I think it could become something really fun.

First of all, thank you for your honesty. Jams are only really valuable to me if I get genuine feedback, and thanks to people like you, I'm able to learn and improve.

I agree with all of your points, and honestly, I think most of them can be fixed without too much trouble. I think the biggest issue is exactly what you mentioned: the player has too much information available, so in the end, choosing red becomes the safest and most likely option. I tried to counter that with multipliers and items, but I don't think I pushed those mechanics far enough to really solve the problem.

Thank you sooo much for the honest feedback!

Originally my goal was for the roulette wheel to be the enemy, but due to lacking time I had to scrap that idea and just go with ''number go up''.

Also yeah, the camera movement is something that still bugs me and should have improved. I myself always got inpatient due to it and instead of fixing it I just sped up the game speed xD

Thanks!

Thanks for the feedback!

I am aware how OP the pills are and whenever I was playing  it was my default choice (bad gamedesign lmao). I will try to fix this in the post jam version

Thanks!

yes

Thanks for the feedback, and congrats to your 12k!
I know about that bug and I wanted to fix, but nothing seemed to help :/

Very glad you enjoyed my game! Also great work you did with your game, it also is in my top spots

In my opinion, this is the best space/orbit game in the jam! It might be simple, but it's packed with fun. The sound design is also a real treat for the ears.

No complaints from me—bravo!

Omg, thank you so much for the feedback! It honestly made my day. I'm really happy you enjoyed playing the game and would recommend it to others!

And yeah, I totally get what you mean about the reveals, dialogue, and camera movement feeling a bit too slow. That's definitely something I'll be polishing up after the jam. :)

Thanks for the feedback! I also experienced those lags when playing on web, which is why I recommend windows. The shaders are probably the culprit and I will try to compile them in the post jam version :/

50 levels is a huge amount and I am surprised that anyone can pulls this of in a week! This game, while simple and easy to solve, didn't require any tutorial to undestand, which is remarkable. On top of that, the stress is fun and not annoying.

The perfect example of a well balanced game imo. Will for sure finish all the levels when I am back home!

Honestly, polish it a little bit more, add more enemies and maybe skills, and I could see it on steam!

Surprised that something like this can be done in one week! Bravo

No need to thanks, happy that I could make your day :) Just some fine tweaking and this game is perfect (chef kiss 🤌)

Very happy to hear that I am not the only one that likes gambling :)

The art is perfect, the sound is perfect and the feel is perfect. Good job!

Really cool game! I can definitely see the potential in the idea. The art style is simple without being distracting, and the movement feels impactful and responsive. Although the player spins quite fast (I'd personally tone it down a bit), it's still easy to hit enemies and control the character with a good amount of precision.

My two main issues are that the enemies feel a bit overpowered, and the sound design could use a bit more polish.

Overall, it's a great game with a lot of potential!

Simple yet funny, this game is like fnaf but without the horror. Great job!

Also, I love your vids!

This game is probably my favourite in the jam by now. It looks so pretty and it is a truly fun idea. The only problem I got is the learning curve. Maybe I just suck really bad but I didn't manage to pass level 2 after countless tries. For me the spinning thing was just too fast, which made it hard to estimate the trajectory
Yet even then you deserve a good rating from me

Very nice and easy to understand experience, yet doing a full orbit around a planet takes quite long and most levels could be cheesed easly by skipping most of the planets. In total it is a great idea that requires a bit more fine tuning

Gorgeous art, yet most puzzles could just be solved fairly easily by just listening to the sound

Cool game, great visuals, easy to understand

I like the visuals, but for me the whole game is a bit overwhelming

Fun game! I love the idea and the execution is strong

This has been by now one of the best games I have seen in the jam! The rules are easy to understand (even without a tutorial), the visuals are charming and the idea is simple yet unique

Great work

I press A but it doesn't work

Cool game, I love the visuals! Yet I got no clue on how to beat the second minigame.

This game is the definition of polish. It has the charm of balatro and the audio is spot on. But in my opinion the tutorial is a bit too much and didn't really help me. The only reason why I understood the game is because I already have played balatro

Being solo means being free!!!

Cool game! The visuals strongly remind me of Untitled Goose Game and the music fits perfectly. I just would wish more polish on the tornado and more time in a post jam release

Very cool idea, spent more time than expected and I see huge potential in this idea. Yet, the audio seems a little shallow and after completing the first challenge I didn't know what I had to do to continue..

Thanks! Happy to hear that you like the style :)
