Simple yet fun. I like how you are destroying the platforms forcing the jump. Nice implementation of the limitation. Very cute graphics too.

I see nothing but a beaver😢

Nooo 😭 I'm so sorry about that. What browser are you playing on? I would like to see if I can fix that bug :)

Super cute

This game was pretty neat, although there were times where I would crash into absolutely nothing. Other than that, this game was neat. Good job!

Cool idea. That is good that those logs are disappearing and we loved the way that you can jump from the stones as well. Might have sounds but overall, little cute game.

Its a simple but cute game.I liked how the controlls felt responsive and the visuals of the game, giving me the crossy road vibes. But I think that the lack of sound is a huge miss. But all in all I really enjoyed it!

I really enjoyed this game! The limitation was integrated in a clever way, forcing the player to decide between collecting points or jumping to a safe log pile. Also the RNG on the log piles made the decision of the player trickier. I also loved the art style and perspective. Some sound effects and background music would have enhanced the experience even further, but overall it was a great play.

I like the visual style a lot and the concept for an arcade game with this limitation makes so much sense! My high score is 8.... im a true dam surfin' pro 😎

This was a nicely made game with a good take on theme and limitation. Controls were fine and took a minute and was a little off putting going of screen (at the start of the water flow).

Main though is sounds would have made this 100% better and music less important but also would have added a lot.

I played for a bit but can see this may have got repetitive without new obstacles or twists and turns in the river. This was done in 72 hours so not saying I expect this just offering some thoughts for if you build it out a little.

Also due to the nature of the game a local or online (better) leaderboard seems necessary to encourage more play.

the game is hard and (I feel like) RNG base. The hard part is fine if it is what you aim for but RNG in this kind of game is hard to look pass.

What I mean RNG here is that some time you just get into situations where your platform run out and there is nothing around to jump on. This is just my observation from my 10 min of play time, so please disregard this if you already have a system in place to address this problem (but then if you do, it doesn't feel like it).

Hi, thank you for playing! I definitely have a problem making my games too hard.
I did implement a system to make sure that the game will always spawn enough platforms with enough health to survive, but I made the margin for error too small.

I will try to improve in future jams and make my games more accessible to many players.
