OMG that is a crazy score!  Yeah it's an interesting question, a simple solution would be to reduce the number of extra tiles you gain when creating a perfect tile, but it might seriously limit the size an island can become. Maybe reducing the perfect tile reward and implementing another means of gaining additional tiles such as completing quests like connecting X number of desert triangles or X number of forest triangles could be a nice solution as it can become harder to complete the quests the longer you play. I'll think some more about it and maybe add a little update after the rating period :)) Thanks for playing!

Haha this is awesome! The art style is super charming and the game is very polished. The highest I could make was $134. Fantastic submission!

The switching mechanic was very fun to play around with especially for more difficult waves as it replenishes all your health and timing it correctly lets you play for longer. I really liked the pixel art aesthetic. Great game :))

Wow what a unique concept! The controls were intuitive and the VFX were polished. I'd love to see how you implemented the AI for the opponent. The opponent's movements felt very natural and it was tough to win especially at harder difficulties which kept me going back for another round again and again.

ERROR!? Oh no :)) That was a really fun take on the theme of the jam! I loved the concept and the challenge of making it through increasingly hotter worlds. The level design and the level elements were enjoyable to platform through and thank goodness for all those checkpoints... most of the time >:( Congrats on making such a great game for your first jam

Wow that was a lot of fun! I enjoyed the challenge of trying to balance energy and water whilst simultaneously weaving between different enemies and their unique attacks. The different bosses kept me engaged for a while :)) I made it to the mushroom boss with a high-score of 596

I'm sorry that our game didn't run.
We have tested our game on Mac and Windows machines and it runs without crashing. 

I haven't had experience with Linux before so I'm not sure how to fix that error. Maybe you could try hardcoding values for the WINDOW_WIDTH and WINDOW_HEIGHT variables in the setup.py file rather than it being based of your monitor size?

Awesome game! Loved the mechanics and how it tied in with the theme. Could have done with a little more polish but the core game was there and working well. Great submission : )

Awesome game! Kept me engaged for so long and awesome art and animations. While playing understood how to aim and move but never quite understood what pressing the right mouse button did?

Awesome graphics for the game! A smart concept that hurting enemies hurt you as well. From what i played I never saw a reason to shoot the enemies, I just dodged and used my other abilities to not get hurt and healed up after each wave. Also the web game resolution was too big for my screen and it ran at very slow fps. Might wanna look into some optimizing. But otherwise cool concept and I had fun playing : )

Awesome swarm mechanics, loved how it felt to play! Wish the game was a little more balanced though because I found the best strategy was to just hold one swarm in front on me and dodge the other colour : ). Great game though, very fun

Never thought I would enjoy the struggle of trying to get trolleys joined together and into the trolley bay. Cool idea and loved the art, great submission

Liked the mechanics and premise of the game. Good range of enemies and stages to keep me playing. One thing though, from what I played the sword was basically useless to use as an attack, it never one-shotted the enemies and I only used it to move around the rock, would have liked to see it be at least a little more useful. Otherwise awesome submission : )

Very fun to swing around a brick and mace and destroy stuff. Could do with some polish but the attacking mechanic is definitely executed well. Amazing job : )

Cool, original concept but definitely needs some balancing to be fun. Maybe when the clone steals the camera he moves slower, your lightsaber can be used to reflect projectiles like in star wars and you have a dash to get out of sticky situations. Otherwise awesome job : )

A nice little game : ) Loved the puzzles you designed but wished there were a couple more levels. the movement was a little unintuitive at the start but I got the hang of it.  Great work !

A cool take on the theme, liked the movement and swinging mechanics whenever you released your grip on the wall. Fun but very challenging, Awesome work  : )

Been following all the devlogs and am so happy to see that the game has been published, it looks amazing!!! I own a mac and am unable to play the game, would love to see a mac build sometime in the future :) Can't wait to follow your next gamedev project

Amazing Game :) Love the art and the original gameplay. I think maybe some music variation could be nice as that tune was pretty repetitive after a while. But other than that what a great gamejam submission.

PS. Also beat the game
