Hi! Thanks for reaching out. We are using Godot 4.3, you can check the whole source code on GitHub if you are interested.

The web experience is not as great as the mobile experience. If you’d like to participate in the closed beta to get it directly from the store, let us know. Have a nice day!

Thank you for playing and thank you for the feedback!

Thank you. While I’m trying your game, here it is our submission: Gnosis

Hi @IcyJamz. I would love to try out your game, however it seems that there are no Linux or Mac build and cannot be played from the browser. Windows is the only option?

Very nice idea gameplay and visuals. Maybe the levels were not ordered by difficulty, in my opinion the level 5 is easier that all the others before it. And the level two is more diffucult that the third, but maybe it’s me. Anyway brilliant idea!

Done! https://stampede-studios.itch.io/gnosis

Very nice energy, never saw a top down game who implemented the jump mechanic. It was hard, sometimes a little bit unforgiving, the character is very big but sometimes it feels like being off of one pixel makes you lose, but maybe that just a skill issue on my part :). Very nice effort

Really enjoyed the game, would have loved more levels and more difficult levels. One thing I didn’t like was the abrut zoom in and out.

Yes, I think with a little bit of training the rocket will feel natural ahah

Very nice work, the vibe is very nice, maybe a little bit difficult to navigate inside the house, but I feel like it was your intention ahaha. I found out then when moving around with the mouse I could not turn left anymore. Good job!

Overall nice gameplay, I feel like it would have been more funny with a little bit of tweaks on the gameplay. I felt like the swatter feels like missing on target that should hit, and the rocket mechanic is a little bit janky in my opinione. Nice work!

Such a polished game for a game jam. The controls and gameplay are very smooth. I understood how to catch every goat without reading the tutorial, so that’s nice. I feel like it lacks a clear objective, it gets boring over time without knowing what to accomplish. Very nice job!

A nice tiny platform well made overall. I liked to use of sound, so soft yet so appropriate. I had much fun playing it!

Is there a guide to how set the size using the browser inspector? It seems a nice game from the presentation but the screen resolution make it unplayable for me.

I must say that I loved the movement system. It is so fun to me even though I have never experienced such a way of moving in space. I love the background even though it does not give the feeling of movement, I know it realistic but I didn’t loved it. I also didn’t like the galaxies on top, which looked too fake but I had much fun playing it!

Of course I did it :)

Thank you!

Oh I can see the effort put in this as we tried to make use of light to do a similar thing at first. I love the outcome! The only one thing I didn’t like is the fact that enemies turn around instantly and you get caught in less than a second. A small turn animation would have felt more natural maybe, but I can see it as a way of ease the game, so maybe your implementation is the better solution anyway. A small thing that could have been quickly improved was the synchronization of enemy steps with the actual speed, they seems to move a little too quick respect to the animation rate. It’s a small thing but would have improved the feeling of smart and dangerous enemies. Loved the use of art and music overall too.

Thanks for the feedback! It must have been a bug since there are multiple messages giving you hints about what it is happening. The small pieces of lore should suggest some kind of problem that mess with perception of space and time. It has been fun to make up this sort of elements, sad to know that you missed them all. However if you felt they are distracting or annoying maybe a tweak should have been made to avoid so much contrast with the dark style of the environment.

Thank you. Other characters would have been a nice touch, however I feel that we needed much more time to make them fun to play with. Thanks for the suggestion and the feedback!

The style is really original, the gameplay fun even if I ended up spamming bullets everwhere!

Thanks a lot! A few more hints here and there would have been a good thing for that game. Thanks for the feedback.

I admit I need to read a few comments to understand how to deliver packages. However it was funny even before that, understanding everything bit by bit. I love the art and I feel you put so much effort into every detail. That’s quite impressive to do in so few days. Well done!

Lovely game! I had so much fun to play it.

Really cool game. It is a bit too hard for me and I get frustrated because you lose when you get it wrong just one turn.

Loved the idea of the big nose! Nice implementation of minesweeper with an original twist.

I loved this game. It is very cool looking and so polished. The puzzle were pretty clever.

I’m not a fan of the genre but I like it. I don’t really love the how the game fits the theme. Good work!

Fun game for sure. I don’t love the scaling factor on theme because affects only the storyline and not the actual gameplay: if I don’t see that level is scaled I can imagine that I’m just playing different puzzle levels on the same game. Also I found boring the fact that everytime I’ve lost till 3 or 4 level I have to restart back from scene 1. Overall a nice experience though. Well done.

Thanks very much for playing and also for the suggestions!

Thank you very much! I was hoping to catch you in live but I’m happy anyway that you tried it.

I like the assets and the idea is also very interesting. I don’t love the way it fits with the theme but it’s a very personal opinion. Overall a very nice jam!

Thank you very much! The problem you highlighted was our main issue but at the end we didn’t come up with a nice solution. Thanks again for the complete analysis, it’s very useful.

Thank you! Actually I haven’t thought about Picross at all, maybe we can add some elements in its style. Thanks for playing.

Thanks! Balatro’s style is a very good suggestion, we’ll check it out after game jam end to add some visual effect, more levels and improve the overall experience on mobile.

Thank you!

Thank you very much!

Very cool style and game. Clever idea and fantastic implementation!

Completed it in more than one hour. What a fantastic puzzle game!

I was using Firefox on Linux. Trying it on Edge on windows solved the problem. That was a five star idea and a lovely execution. Very well done. I wish I had this idea, it’s just so cool!
