guess i need a tutorial... switching colors changes the colors of the bullets that give you points, ex: if you're red, red bullets give you points, and blue ones make you lose them. And yes, the points do run out automatically to keep you moving

thank you! I hope its not too confusing, so ill leave this here: a and d to move, and left-click to dash, which changes your color. If you run into bullets that are the same color as you are you get a point. The points run out over time, and having 0 ends the game

maybe its the controls, maybe its just me, but its super hard. Great game though

it ways that i won, but all i did was stick in the same room and walk around. I dont get it

Its fun, but the direction flip mechanic doesnt contribute to the game

cant figure out the first level... How do you use the box? What do you use it for? How do i get past the poles (theyre on both sides, aren't they?)

overall great

Its been done before for sure, but its done well! Love the art, music, and gameplay

thanks for rating, glad you liked the art. And yes, this is my first time programming and doing the art alone

thanks for the tip :) i agree comepletely

one of the best games ive played so far. Great job!

lol 4/5

difficulty is wayy too much, but its very fun and engaging! I like it

better tutorial please... it looks fun but i cant play it

horrible controls, cliche idea. Its fun, but a little lackluster

great job! I like the visuals, and the gameplay is really fun. The level design is extremely clever. I only wish there was audio

edit it was on mute oops, the audio is good, but a little ill fitting

its a little slow paced, but its fun

just a cookie clicker

not amazing, but not bad. It was an interesting take on the theme, and it was fun to mess around with, but its just not my thing

Sometimes it was too hard, and other times too easy. I like the concept, the music and art are good, its just a bit confusing. I wish i had more control over the satelites/meteors because it was kind of more like randomly waiting for them to leave

cant get past the first jump lol

shooting was strange, and the art is simple, but i liked the music and playing was fun

It was a good take on the theme (though a cliche one) and it was fun to play. But the art limits how good it is, because the audio is repetitive and annoying, and the art is glitchy and harsh on the eyes

sorry if this comes across as harsh. As mentioned, it was very fun to play

try fullscreen?

such an amazing demo

uh... what? Fire pokemon? Plant?

the game has been fixed not too long ago, ignore old comments :)

it got fixed!!!

then it froze, maybe it’s cuz I’m on mobile

he asked what color an orange was but the options were the questions were just too easy and I don’t hate you :/

https://youtu.be/yTw2U7dj8u8 I made a “backstory”/concept explanation animation. It wasn’t quite finished as you might notice with the lock, but I figured I’d post it now anyway

not joining because procrastination 😤

Very cool!

really good! I love how the music matches the particles. The lack of sound effects was a little sad but it's overall really nice! 5/5 for me :)

I'm not rating this one because I might just be bad at the game, but the controls were uncomfortable for me (wasd or arrow keys to move, but space to jump, but mouse to shoot? Its manageable, but It would be better if the jump button was w)  Also it doesn't fit the theme very well. The different enemies were well done and the art was good

the gameplay wasn't very fun, idk how to put it into words. It was also very confusing.  It's probably because I'm not the kind of person who enjoys more chill-type games. 4/5

It's really fun, and it fits the theme, but audio and visual wise it doesn't hold up. 4/5

we did that, we found those issues but it was only a few hours before the jam ended :0

it's ok, but it could've easily been improved.  I'd work with a team next time

I really like the camera movement, too bad you had no time
