Hi everyone,

I’ve read the official itch.io docs and FAQs about indexing, and I’ve carefully reviewed my game [Satan's House] to make sure it follows all rules (not NSFW, cover image uploaded, playable, etc.).

The game had good growth and an active page during the first two weeks after release. Despite this, it was initially indexed but then de-indexed 4 days later. It’s been 9 days now, and I’m still unsure why this happened. I also contacted support via email but haven’t received a response yet (Ticket ID: 311486).

I’m actively promoting the game through social media, but growth is very slow without proper indexing. I suspect the de-indexing might be related to a post or update I made, but I don’t know for sure.

Has anyone experienced something similar or have tips on how to get a game re-indexed? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
