There are slight issues and bugs here and there, but it's overall a pretty nice prototype. I'm impressed with the amount of assets you made yourself and the level design. Well done and keep at it!

Thank you very much for your feedback! I agree some platforming sections are a bit tricky and should be looked into. Really happy you enjoyed the experience overall!

A nice entry for the game jam! The music is a bit grating in the long run, but the gameplay is nice. I did discover a bug: the player who can hold switches can have its switch activated by the other character and they can sometimes reach the flag by doing this. If the holder has a switch upon reaching the flag, it will still hold it in the next level.

Otherwise, it's a nice idea to expand upon after this game jam. Congrats!

It's about the spirit of a child trapped in the dream world with his hulking teddy bear. Hope you enjoy!

I'm impressed by how well your NPC knights behave once you liberate them. The game may have been a tad bit too easy, but I see from one of your previous comments it was difficult to balance. Overall, really nice game to expand upon. Really pretty models and animations too!

The art and sound design of the game is great. The only things that bothered me were the birds and the camera zooming in. I know it was an artistic choice for atmosphere, but gameplay-wise, it made the whole thing much more difficult and rendering the maze borderline impossible, as stated by some other comments. The birds ever so slowly getting bigger was also a neat idea until they started being able to block my bird into a corner or trapping me in one of the little houses. This is a really nice idea to expand upon though, I hope you can fix these elements and maybe make this a  full-fledged game one day

Good idea to develop on, however it's easy to get softlocked at some points. Some kind of checkpoint would have been appreciated. Apart from that, great job!

Here is our game! It's about the spirit of a child and his teddy bear who are stuck in the dream world. Hope you enjoy!

Really well done! It's really charming. My first time fighting the hero, my friends weren't with me, but hey they came back during the second try. I'm sure they were just late haha

We started working on the combat and the enemies around mid-development and encountered more problems than we anticipated. I understand where you're coming from and we'll definitely improve on that in the future. Glad you liked it overall!

Haha, knocking down the walls is a favorite of mine too. Thanks for the valuable feedback, glad you liked it!

Simple controls and enjoyable game. Nice work with the terrain generation. One thing I would maybe change is to make W go North, not north-east.

Really hard game, but I can see people getting better with enough practice

Wow, that's a really solid game!

A really good submission. The character felt a bit slow, but apart from that, it's a solid and enjoyable game.

I'll rate yours. Here's ours. It's a platformer where you try to guide a child out of the dream world with his hulking Teddy bear. Hope you enjoy!

We are a team of four that made a platformer game about the spirit of a child stuck in the dream world with his teddy bear. We hope you enjoy the experience!

I'm kind of happy to see this post. I'm 23 and I was wondering too if I was too old compared to the others participating

There you go: Marcoux#3227

Hi, if you still take people, I'd be interested. I like to think I'm fairly decent in coding and I've worked on my first 2 projects in Unity. This would be my first Game Jam, and my schedule should be free during most of it
