Thats really good for a first project! I remember when I was starting out I used the same exact asset pack haha
You were able to use all the assets to make a level which is really good. In terms of level design you should improve the skybox / background and add some detail. Also, for a prototype level it showcases most controls necessary which is enough. You should definetly expand on this and iterate on a game loop.
For a first project, you were able to utilize Unity, which can be very buggy and annoying to work with, and implemented all the fundementals a first project should have so good stuff!!
Man the concept was so cool! You should totally continue working on this and turn it into a full fledged game. Maybe explain the controls a bit better, as even though I understood how they worked, it was really confusing at times
Haha we both had the same idea of going for a supermarket game but went for completely different game loops! Your music was amazing, and the art too! Controls were kinda hard to pick up, but once used to them, I actually really liked them
Man i had a stroke trying to play this, so much flashing lights! I mean I guess I kinda see the roguelite but you should totally work on this more as it could be a nice game
Nothing new, its pretty much the dinosaur game from chrome, but for something so simple it was still really fun! Pretty addicting to try to get to higher and higher levels, i was only able to get to 9
Hey man, that was a really nice and vibey game! I played through 3 levels, but got frustrated from the jerky controls and levels. Great submission though!
Haha, I found the theme pretty interesting, and honestly you created a very nice and interesting vibe for the game. You captured the outside of time in space pretty well. I was so confused the whole time haha, why the hell was there random baguettes and what were the floating enemies
Haha I loved the idea and the artstyle, it was so unique! I dont know of it was just me, but when I played the game it wasnt loading properly, a lot of things were white and I couldnt see the background/foreground :/

Additionally, for the hearts, theres a bug where if you dash while inside of them it wont break it - you have to dash into it

I totally agree, a lot of feedback has been to make the game more readable and have a clearer UI with the more important features easier to see. Il be doing a patch today or tommorow to fix it

While the balancing needs some tweaking, I had a lot of fun playing this! I get it though, I would say my biggest issue was balancing too, especially when we only had 72 hours! Good stuff!
Man the music was so freaking cool! The game was so fun too, i just absolutely love this genre of games! I love how we both kind of went the same direction with the controls, but still ended up making such different games
Man that was hella nice! I loved the arcade feel to it, the sfx the music it felt just like i was playing a gameboy or snes game! You did amazing for what you were trying to do, and i loved the gameplay like shooting downwards and using recoil
Wow man that was really nice! I loved playing through it! The intro was definetly too long, but i guess it was also good as it alloed be to get used to the game before it got more intense. It felt really nice to go from super weak to super op haha, i love the concept and genre
