Happy to hear that, thanks a lot!

Yeah some cool speedlines and blurring are painfully missing! Maybe for the full release if ever :D

Thanks a lot!

Thanks a lot!

Well there are no points, so I didn't think it really matters. It's really just about the vibe of getting into that flow hitting every corner fluently.

The ghost does record every lap, it's always the ghost of your previous lap :)

That's awesome! Happy to hear that :)

Thanks a lot! Happy you liked it :)

This was really nice! Love the sense of speed and the graphics. Nicely done!

Very nicely made :) Bit tricky movement, but still enjoyable just for the art. Nice work!

Nice idea, but for future players: make sure you set the game to fullscreen, otherwise part of the UI might be hidden and the game won't make sense.

Nice and simple! Great artwork as well. Nice job!

Classic game jam platform puzzler :D That's a good thing ;) had a good time with this, nice work!

This was really cute! Lots of effort went into this. Love the art and back story. The offset of the current shape throws me off though. I like that you kept it a relaxed coloring game and very lenient with where you can place the shapes. Very relaxing!

I have no idea. I mean... you know... This was... something. I'll definitely not forget this game any time soon :D Thanks for the trip!

Nice idea but difficult :D

Took a while to figure it out, but once I got going it was nice :D

Pretty nice! Just not my kind of game, but still enjoyed it once I figured out I had to click the squares to change tracks. Nicely done!

Oh what a great idea! Unfortunately controlling the ball/ring is not very intuitive and I struggled figuring it out even though I really tried. Funnily enough it was still quite enjoyable :D Nice work!

The intro was quite funny! :D And I love the graphic design of the character, looks really simple but nice. I agree that the controls feel a bit heavy. A game for the patient! Nice work overall though :)

Thanks a lot! Happy you had fun :)

Thanks for the wonderful comment, happy you liked it!

Once I have more time I want to go over the list of replies and play their games, I'll get to your as well :)

That's exactly the feeling I wanted the players to have! Cruising through the curves :)

Thanks for playing and happy to hear that you enjoyed it that much!

Oh wow really? You're the first to mention that! Happy to hear you had fun :)

Oh my, sorry for the accidental profanity in my previous reply! That was an auto-correct for sure. I edited my previous comment.

I want to go over all the replies here and play their games, so I'll pass by yours for sure as well!

Hi hi racing buddy! It's not the most novel mechanic but I'm happy you liked it :)

Yes it's true. I think the timer is confusing as it doesn't have any purpose and is a leftover of another feature I threw out xD in the end I wanted the game to be about just hitting turn after turn controlling the drifting, and not so much about how fast you can finish a lap.

Thanks for playing!

Yeah I get what you mean. Maybe a nice glow on the track from your ship to ground it, that would help. Thanks for the input and thanks for playing!

Thanks, happy to hear that!

I tried with a starry skybox and with the fast twists it became very distracting and for some it could even be nauseating xD

happy to hear you liked the game!

Hehe yes, it forces you to improve ;)

Totally!!

FZero is the goat!

Thanks for playing, happy that you liked it!

Thanks a lot!

Thanks, happy you enjoyed it!

Honestly the timer is meaningless. It's a relic from when I was showing the time between you and your ghost, but I took that out. I probably should have taken the timer out as well as it might be confusing.

Either way, it still stands that some people might want to hold back on every track and stretch it out like that, but if that's how they enjoy the game then who am I to stop them? :D it's like those people in Mario Kart World who hang back just to get the better powerups in the last lap. If that's your style, go for it!

Thank you! Happy you liked it :)

Thanks! The controls take some practice, yes.

Haha I don't think it's a good idea to limit people to play like that. If they want to hold back in the first round, that should go for it. You're only competing with yourself :P

Thanks a lot! Credits to HiLau for the track :D

Happy to hear that! Yes my initial idea was to add a lives system, just didn't get to it unfortunately. Thanks for playing and for the input!

Yes it adds so much!

No connection really, just got lucky finding this track as a free-to-use asset for non-commercial projects and with attribution.

Thanks for playing!

Thanks!

Haha yeah I can tell from your game :D Gave it a quick look and it was fun! I'm jealous of your jump feature, I should have added that too xD Nice work, but I'll come back to it later and leave a rating and proper comment on your page :)

Haha, this made me chuckle :D

Awesome that you liked the game! Thanks for playing and the laugh ;)

Yeah, I hear you about the boosters. There are definitely times where I actively avoid them instead of aim for them. Definitely something that will be tweaked if I ever make a full release.

Haha, the little ramp at the end happens sometimes. It was surprisingly tricky to get those to align, weirdly enough.

Thanks for playing and the feedback! Really happy that you enjoyed the game :)
