Maybe break some core information down to a bullet list to make it easier for visitors to understand the premise of your game in a single glance.
Also, and maybe this is just be, but this part feels a little belittling, which put me off:
It has a deep story and a lot of implicit details so pay attention.
Also, eight months isn't that much time if this is your second game. You're still learning, and this takes time itself. Keep it up! Keep improving your work and your skills. You're doing fantastic already if this is one of your earliest efforts!
Thank you so much for taking the time to explore Condo!!! Here are the two you missed:

- There is another one in the bar. It's up on the shelf above the tap. Or you might have missed the one behind the bar, down by the window, next to the trashcan.
- There's one in a niche in the hallway. It's near the corner that connects the elevator hall with the hall in which the bar is.

Hi all! I just uploaded the 1.0.0 build of Condo, a free, short, and moody walking simulator.
An evening between the familiar and the new.
Unable to sleep, you navigate a quiet condo complex. There's no rush - just you, the building, its inhabitants, and the quiet stories they hold.

About
- Resolution: 1440x1080 (4:3 aspect ratio).
- Playtime: ≈ 30 minutes.
- Finding all events unlocks an ending.
- No rush. No destination. ♥

That was fun for a bit! Here's just some ideas:
- The killing counter works but another counter for pickups might be fun too. Maybe the boat needs gas? Maybe the crew needs food? Maybe you're out claiming treasure? You tell me.
- I need tunes! Repetitive games like these thrive with fitting music.
- I found it quite hard! Maybe I'm just not good at these but a slower difficulty curve might keep people playing.
