It took me a bit to figure out what I was meant to do, but once I did, it became a pretty fun game. I love the references in there and the art style. The main thing is that it needs a quick retry. If it did, it would become a lot more replayable. Great game!
I like the style and the music contrast with the diffusion. The drawings on the side are a solid explanation for how to diffuse the bomb, but it took me a couple tries to fully understand it. The gameplay after you figure it out is very fun. Great game!
I really like the concept. I feel like a step-by-step tutorial would help with the early game control issues. There is a difficulty spike for level 2. With a bit of tweaking, this could become something great!
Quality game. I particularly like the auto-fishing and the upgrade system. There were a few visual errors on the volcanic island, but overall, the game is great!
The visuals are some of the best I've seen in the game jam. I wish there was an option to skip the opening cutscene. Overall, this just needs a bit of polish to be something great.
Admittedly not the speedrunning type of game (you have to survive for a minute or so before the boss spawns), but the bosses themselves can be speedran. Hope you enjoy!
Amazing. Beautiful art, good story, unique combat. Strong contender for best game. One thing is that a small explanation for what the ingredients do would help when figuring out the right drink for what I wanted.
This might be in contention for the winner. I love the art, the gameplay was fun (I assume that "The binding of Isaac" was an inspiration), it was polished. I could see this as a steam game. Great work all around!
Nice! Movement was a bit tedious, but the powerups later on minimalized the issue and the solid art more than made up. Really like the visual cards for how to play the game.
