We added the option to change the key layout later.
It was not possible at the beginning.

We also had the idea of adding a PvP mode during development, but decided against it for the time being due to a lack of time, as this would require a lot more development work and we wanted to see how well the game idea would be received.

However, I am still considering adding a PvP mode. This may take some time as I don't have as much time for development as I would like.

We're really happy to hear that you like the game so much.

As soon as we have time, we will create a downloadable version.

Nice puzzle game. You should definitely make more levels. But the input could be a bit more responsive. Sometimes if you press before the animation is over, nothing happens. You could, for example, buffer the input for a short time so that it is used after the animation was played.

A really well thought-out puzzle game. The puzzle was really fun.

(1 edit)

Love the visuals and the gameplay.
Perhaps still a little too easy. I never needed to use a potion.

Really great game idea. It's fun to play and I like the simple, clean look.

Cool and addicting game.

Feels like a real game. If there were more levels i would play them.

Really cool looking game.
I don't know why but I really have problems with the combat controls.
But otherwise everything looks very finished.

Really cute game with a good control and nice pixel art unfortunately it is hard to tell what you can touch and what not. And to test it the checkpoints are a bit too far apart.

Very cute game. love the art and the gameplay.

Fun little game.

I got the gold medal after a few tries and had to laugh a lot when I flew way too far over the pool for the first time.

Cool game.
The boss fight was a little strange, because I was hit very often, but it was still defeated. Can you actually lose or is it just about losing as few flowers as possible?

I love the pixelart style and the light and effects.

Nice game =D

I like the artstyle and the chiptune music.
Simple and easy gameplay but the exploration was exciting.
I kind of expected the end of the story.

Very nicely done game.

The size of the map is really positively surprising.

Really great game. The difficulty is very suitable. I only had problems at the beginning, because I did not know that torches can stop the bats.

The idea that you have to leave a firefly behind with each torch, which are also the life of the player, is a super idea.

Very nice puzzle game with nice story and great style

I think it's cool that the game tries to introduce you to scuba diving. =D
I was able to glitch out of the map at one point and then dove down to 200 meters xD

I really like the simple artstyle and the controls are also really well done. The biggest problem with the game, though, which is why I haven't played through it, is that you can't tell what the right path is. The death barrages always appear just before you reach them. And you jump to your death very often.

I like the artstyle of the characters. The gameplay is a bit confusing because you never know where to go and the main area could be a bit smaller. But otherwise an interesting idea

Fun game. I managed 70.46 seconds.

Hey,
we are not sure yet.
But we have joined.
We will see tomorrow which theme has won and then decide.

Really cool. We were super happy that you played our game. It's also really interesting to see someone else play the game, because you can see more clearly where we can still improve things.

A really great concept. I really like the graphics.

A bit more feedback when attacking or being attacked would be really cool.

I have no idea where to find the code for the safe, but I got it open anyway =D

Unfortunately, you don't seem to have achieved as much as you had planned.

But I hope you won't let that get you down. =)

I think your idea is really cool and I hope that you will add the missing features after the jam.

The enemies seem to me as if they had drunk too much coffee xD

Hey, I always love it when someone makes videos about the jam games.

We would be mega happy if you would play our game and would be mega excited about your feedback.

Our game: Soul Savior

After the chores, I feel almost as done as after the real ones, except that they're still waiting. =D

Too bad that there were the problems with the camera. From time to time it was really difficult to navigate.

This is a really cool idea for a puzzle game.

I enjoyed it so much that I was a little sad when it ended.

Bummer that you didn't upload the final version. I would have loved to play the other levels. I'm assuming you'll add them after the game jam.

The only thing missing here is sound and music.

Very cute game =)

Great fun game. I didn't play through the last level because I didn't know exactly what to do. But I have a guess.

What bothered me a bit is that the camera moves too fast from time to time and you lose your orientation.

Still a nice little game.

Super game. Comes very close to a real game. One of the much better games at the Jam and one of my favorites.

The only suggestion I have is that the camera movement after the death could be made a little faster.

Quite a cool concept, which was fun for me.

If the game still had sounds and a few effects it would have been even better.

Really cool concept of Snakes with upgrades.

And you have also interestingly added the theme.

Really fun gameplay

Reminds me a lot of Katamari. Hmm... Cat-amari? XD

Really great idea for a game.

Unfortunately, the game crashed at some point and I could no longer continue playing =C

Wow. The game looks really professionally made.

Unfortunately, the gameplay loop is somehow lacking here. (Or I just haven't played long enough).

The idea that you just come back from the top I find funny.

Really a great idea with a lot of potential.

I needed a little longer to understand that you have to push the blocks into the holes. You could perhaps point out a little more to the player. Or, as in the first room, show no other way out except the block and the hole.

But after I overcame this hurdle, it was fun.

Really fitting graphics and also a really good difficulty level.

Now and then you spawn really stupid that there is no way out, but that is probably part of the nature of the game =D
