Hi everyone! I've just released the roguelike, dungeon crawler fantasy game titled "The Forbidden Knowledge".

This project was made for the 6th semester Computer Graphics course at my university.

It is a roguelike, dungeon crawler game, set in the fantasy world, where the player explores the randomly generated dungeons filled with monsters in order to uncover the truth about their origin.

Players can upgrade their stats, craft items, spells. And of course, fight hordes of monsters in the dungeons, including much more challenging bosses.

Using variety of weapons, spells and items, players can steadily improve their chances of winning and learning about the purpose of their struggle.

I'd like to invite you all to try it out and leave a feedback on it!

You really did a wonderful job! Be proud of yourself! I love this kind of narrative games. It goes for me as well, showing someone who is a complete stranger to you gives a strange feeling of anxiety, but when you see all those heartworming comments, it is really a magnificent feeling. Sometimes we forget to make tutorial for the game because for us it is obvious how to play it. But someone might have a problem with understanding some mechanics. I did this in this jam, obviously, but I was also glad that people figured it out :> Don't worry too much about it!
