The visual style was really unique and interesting, I liked it a lot. The bassline that played throughout was ominous and cool but a bit short and lacking in variety, in my opinion. The core gameplay has a lot of potential for expansion. Good work!

The game works well and the idea is really good. I can't wait to see how it turns out if you have time to improve it afterwards .

The concept is really interesting, I like the graphic style and the music, especially the way they work together.
I am impressed that you created this in 3 days, You obviously put a lot of work into it.

The game is kept in a horror atmosphere, which is the opposite of coziness, You should pay attention to that.

Good luck with future productions.

Nice game, but really hard, from my point of view.

In another contest, it could be better defined, but for this specific game jam, I think that it does not fully respect the "cozy" idea.

Anyway, good job with the game!

Over all, I thought the presentation and graphics for this game were really well done! I was disappointed that it didn’t seem to handle fullscreen, but that was a minor point for me.

While I think I understood the core game play loop, I never seems to quite figure out why I died. Initially, I had trouble identifying the wolves. Their color is so close to that of the animals I’m protecting that they’re had to tell apart. Another issue is that, when I hold down the space bar, only some of the wolves seem effected. Initially, I thought it was a distance thing, but then I noticed a wolf with an exclamation further from me than a wolf without one.

Over all, it’s a charming game, but it was hard for me to figure out why I lost.

If you want to watch me try and figure this out I played the game a bit on my stream.

Nice concept but I was so slow that I could never keep up with the pack. Nice visuals tho.

I love this retro pre-rendered cgi look! Really fun cozy game with a nice premise. I wasn’t clear on some of the mechanics, I felt like I could stay in the center of the group and scare the wolves, and that seemed to work most of the time but sometimes one wouldn’t get hit? Not sure, maybe you need a clear line of sight, just might be good to communicate that. I also really loved the colors used in the cover art scene, really great job guys

Developer

Thank you for your valuable feedback. I must consider it and give feedback to the player about the line of sight that scares the wolves .

Tip: You're slower in the browser! Consider downloading the game instead.

Also, nice visual! Though I couldn't figure out warm/cold conditions, it was simple and fun to play.

Developer

Yes it slower in the browser. I've seen this morning this issue, and Thank you for your feedback

Good concept, I think a more cohesive art style would have helped. Menu is pixel art (but not hand made?) and game is non-pixel art.

I agree with RuGrimm, a sprint button would have helped me a TON.  Great submission.

A cute game with a phenomenal concept. I kind of wish there was a sprint button to help keep up a little better, but otherwise, I think there's magic in simplicity, and the gameplay is what really shines here.
