Love this asset. I hope more will come soon with more characters, VFX and animations. Thanks for your work. :)

Thanks to everyone who played and rated Chaos and Concrete. I'm very happy to have won first place.

To be honest, I was very critical of my game, and there were so many good entries that I didn't think my game would stand out.

Thank you very much again.

It's a guilty pleasure to break cars. The music is well chosen and perfect for urban ambience.

I had a lot of trouble aiming at the other car. But this automotive jousting is great fun.

Even if you didn't have time to finish your game, the basic idea is good. And you don't see many games designed for mobile first.

Good game. You've made some good choices and the pathfinding of the police cars is very good.

I'm aware that the aim of the game isn't very clear :/

You have to kill enemies to earn points. You can kill them in 2 ways, either by running them over (but you lose a bit of life in the process) or by shooting them.

Thanks for your comment!

It's a good idea. Perhaps a shovel would be more appropriate than a sword for clearing snow. I hope you'll have time to develop the game after the jam.

The game works well and the idea is really good. I can't wait to see how it turns out if you have time to improve it afterwards .

it's a little hard to get over the fence, but the game is really pretty and cute.

I like this winter tower defense.
I hope you'll have the time and inclination to improve it afterwards :)

Hello, I used this asset pack in my game "Warm drinks for freezing winter", as part of the "Cozy Winter Jam 2023".
This is exactly what I needed!

Hello, I used this asset pack in my game "Warm drinks for freezing winter", as part of the "Cozy Winter Jam 2023". Love these sprites!

The mechanics of the snowman, who gets bigger by accumulating snow but has to let go of it to get through, work well. Bravo

The best game I've tested so far. Bravo, the gameplay is really well polished.

Great game! The music is perfectly adapted and the visuals are very good. Very nice.

The game is really beautiful. And the music gives it that cozy ambience that makes it so much fun to play.

If you try to play alone, you'll need to master your keyboard, but it works! The theme is well respected. Well done!

The game works well and the idea is a good one! If you have time to improve it later, perhaps you could add the possibility of centering the camera on the intermediate position between the two characters. The theme is well respected, bravo :)

Indeed, if you can't lose, it's very difficult to win. But there's an easy mode in the options that can help ;)

The hitboxes sometimes seem a little random, but this doesn't detract from the experience at all. The game respects the theme well and the N64 aesthetics are pleasing. well done!

I love the idea. I hope you'll have time to refine the controls and add 3D models to put in the ball. It fits the theme perfectly!

The music is very well chosen, giving a very cozy and relaxing atmosphere. The game is perfectly in keeping with the theme.

It's very satisfying to see the hats piling up - we want them all!

It's a bit tricky at first, but gets interesting once you get a few spells. At times, you'll find yourself running around in circles looking for fire, watching helplessly as the hordes of enemies grow larger and larger.

Great idea, the controls are a bit tricky at first, but once you get the hang of it, it's a lot of fun.

It's fun, and then it gets really tricky when Santa starts speeding up! Luckily, the presents don't have time to speed up too much :D

I like the variety of upgrades, and when you've got more time to refine the gameplay it could be a lot of fun to play. Don't give up the game :)

We say "J'adore ça !" instead. Or "J'adore ce jeu !". But it's the effort that counts, thank you for your French and for your comment.

Your wish has been granted!
I've solved this problem and a few other details :)

Thanks for your comment!

Very good game. I love the aestethic and the gameplay is original. The music goes well with the rest and it's fun to play with corpses.

I love the idea of the Zen garden and the traces left behind. I loved defending that big turtle. I hope that after the gamejam you'll have time to polish up the gameplay a bit.

I love the colors, and the music really comes through. I hope you'll update the game after the gamejam so we can enjoy some more polish. Well done.

Thanks for your comment :)

The fact that you can move freely while digging is intentional, but the fact that it continues to dig even when you move away is indeed a bug.
I felt it wasn't game-breaking and that I'd better deal with more important issues in the time allotted by the gamejam, so I hope it didn't spoil your game.

Thanks for your comment.

Indeed, dying in the cave is part of the gameplay loop, you just have to kill as many monsters as possible before dying to accumulate enough money to buy lots of seeds.

Thank you for your kind comment.

I'm on vacation but can't wait to get back at the end of the week to try out more games!

Thanks for your comment. I'm glad I was able to deliver you a game that wasn't too broken.
Can you explain the problem with the seed UI? I didn't have time to make an exit button, but otherwise it's click to select and escape to exit.

Thanks for your comment, you're right, the grow time isn't suitable for a gamejam game, I should have sped it up. Still, I hope some brave players will have the patience to wait.

Wow! Difficult but addictive!
I'm really not good at this kind of game, thank goodness I like to suffer. I love the spirit.

Cute game. I love playing as a cat.
It's very good for a very first project on Godot, keep it up, you'll improve quickly!
