Nice job! Also interesting what AI is able to accomplish nowadays :) I just noticed that the background seems a bit blurry, maybe you could have upscaled the image, also with AI

I always wonder, is it safe to use AI art for games? Because I remembered seeing an advertisement video get criticized for using AI art. They say there would be a problem regarding the copyright or something like that.
