How does your game match the theme?
We included the theme of space by making it our little man Fredric's goal to reach outer space with his rocket ship. Furthermore, we made him explore the different ‘spaces’ of his house in search of materials.

The inputs were a little tricky sometimes, but besides that it was kind of fun using books to reach some stuff and eventually to create your custom rocket. Sweet game!

Adorable character and sound fx. I liked the concept a lot. A kid making a rocket out of stuff they find around the house gives me such a warm and fuzzy feeling. I'm not sure if I was putting my rocket together properly, but that kid's face made me so happy I didn't care. Nice job!

That was endearing! Imagination is always a conceit for a good story.

The audio is a bit imbalanced. The voice acting was much louder than the music, especially during times when individual clips stacked on top of each other.

Good work!

The voice acting is so... CUTE! I was with a friend in call and I thought it was him (mehehehe). I loved the pallet change and the concept of him make a rocket to go to the space. Beautiful!

Thank you so much <33 The voice acting was done by my little foster brother(11). Glad you enjoyed it :>.

I had to come back and play again after seeing it on the stream - I really enjoy the voice acting, there's something really charming about fully voice acting a game jam game. I really enjoyed making the parts of the spaceship too, but I was disappointed to not see the choices reflected in the final spaceship - but it's a game jam game, so the amount covered was really impressive!

Thank you so much ^^ We had planned (and made all the assets) to do a rocket assembly at the end but we forgot to add it!! Glad you still enjoyed it :>.

The whole GBJam Voice chat made the decision to rate it 5/5! We were steaming the game on a chat and everyone loved the idea and the SFX. Is that your kid or a younger brother?

Thank you so much!!! And yes! The voice acting was done by my younger foster brother :). He practically adds sound effects to everything he's doing anyway so we thought he would be the perfect fit! (He found the recording process hilarious and couldn't stop giggling during)

loved the graphics and how you swapped out the 4 color palette, looks great. I didn't understand what I was supposed to do in the game though.
