Good work! The art came across as surprisingly charming and it even got pretty challenging, my current high score is 966.

I would add some bonuses (e.g. expand the platform, shrink the platform, gravity change, drop speed, etc.) to make the game more spicy. Also some bombs that aim on a specific figure type or color so player can decide if it worth picking them or not.

Here is my playtest:

Cool game! I like the simplistic art style. The music fits the gameplay well. It's quite hard to win given the fact that the pieces are physics based. They would often push each other off the platform. Overall I like your take on the theme. Great job!

This is really great! You made the right choices for this to be good, the slowly recharging health bar makes the game feel a lot more fair, and it makes it really epic when they whole tower suddenly crumbles. One thing that would improve the experience a lot I think are some nice collision SFX when blocks hit things at a high enough velocity, it could be really satisfying. (Also I love the MS paint aesthetic you went for, it fits really well)

when mom says we have tetris at home, but seriously this is really fun

the game was pretty fun, i tried to play it like an actual game of tetris but failed miserably lol,the concept itself is great. I wouldve liked to see pieces come in random orientations, it wouldve made game play much more interesting. additionally, it could be fun if you increase how much the platform can tilt by a few degrees. All things considered, a good idea and executed pretty well.

I like the idea! I think the main improvements would be to make the movement a little more satisfying, and make the pieces have a little more inertia, it needs to be super satisfying to land a piece in the right place! I like the whimsical feel of the game and take on the theme :)

Great work!

not very creative, was literally one of the ideas Mark gave in the video

Cool game with nice audio which is quite funny BUT:

  • Not very creative, I am sure I have tried a 3d or real-world physics version of Tetris before
  • There is no telling as to when you will fail in the game
  • And it feels like the game is trying to emulate the comedy of Untitled Goose Game but with worse graphics limited to the field of a standard Tetris puzzle

Cool and creative game. Nice art style and fun mechanics. Love the camera zoom out effect. Good job on your submission!

Really funny to play. I love the art style you went for, it came off as rather whimsical and was strongly complemented by the music. I guess perhaps the mouse mechanic could be better explained, but other than that I honestly don't have much in the form of feedback. I just really had a good time with this.
