I really liked the premise of this game! A nice twist on the Fnaf-style horror game where you play as the monster. The music was really well-integrated and the mechanics, when learned, work really well together!

At first, it was admittedly a little hard to figure out exactly what to do and how everything interacted with each other, though after reading through all of the description and playing through the game a few times I was able to get a hang of the mechanics and the main gameplay. Like I said before, after figuring that out the game was really nice, both in terms of how it handles the theme and how it overall plays. I like reverse-horror-scenarios like these so it was a nice experience!

I finally figure out how to play this game! Although I read on how to play the game, I find the game very hard to get into nor even understand. I guess it was overall very confusing to me as a player. I know my task was supposed to scare the man in the middle, but I didn't know I could interact with objects. I always press scream and my battery often quickly goes to 0% and restarts again. This game makes me feel it is not player friendly at all, as I remember playing and got very demotivated as I do not understand what to do and why does my battery keeps dying.

Now successfully I can say 8 scares and 125 bpm I think playing for the 2nd time, understanding I can interact with my environment to increase the BPM and get a higher score. I still personally find it confusing on why the battery drains so fast, it feels unnatural and it doesn't feel fun. I think the Roomba bot is a cute touch that deters players for staying in one place for too long. I also feel, as a player, the game was just very lacking in terms on what to do. Maybe a bigger map with more interactions might work? I find it very difficult to get the perfect camera scare due to my battery always keeps dying which I find very annoying as a player. Losing isn't fun in this game I feel. I feel if the battery drains slower, it will keep the game fun, and implementing a way where I as a player can't go into the guard's room until a certain BPM has been reach will be good. This gives me a goal as a player to find ways to interact, increasing the guard's BPM, and go into his room to scare him. I see this game potentially having a lot of levels and different sort of maps, with maybe more roombas.

Playing the game and constantly dying to battery draining didn't really made it fun for me personally.

Other than that, it fits the vibe of the game, I like the simple art style and the overall look of the game.

Oh no, what happens at 6:00? I got no score screen :(

I was surprised at some points that my battery had drained. I think it's like with health, it's hard to call for the players attention and show that it's going down and getting close to 0. But I think maybe the music goes nuts to indicate how grave the situation is? Good job with the music btw!

I often felt like I got stuck trying to pass doorways. Like it was super hard to take 1/2 step so that I could get through.

What is the BPM in this context?

I gave the guy some good scares at least, and had fun while doing it :)

Great job guys!

It's the guard's heartrate, which acts as an indication of how much he's panicking. Definitely a mechanic we could have explored further, if time had permitted. And as for 6:00AM, that's when the guard's shift ends. Thanks for playing!

Nicely done!

There's been a couple of games where you play as the villain in a horror setting but none come to mind where your objective is to scare your victims.

Gameplay wise it could use some work though. It feels like I'm just wandering around aimlessly looking for oportunities to scare the security guard until my batteries run out without any real strategy or much agency.

The design is interesting. Took me a moment to understand what to do, but it is interesting and short enough to try it multiple times. Actually managed to get better spook scores.

good job, as a fnaf fan i like this game but its a bit too simple

Fun original idea, the whole FNAF dynamic reversed. The art is very nice with that 16bit vibe, music and sound effects fit very well. Five nights out of five nights for me. Very nicely done.

Great art and fun concept! Would love to see more levels and an interesting strategy to conserve battery life, but overall great work!

Fantastic idea. I could see this with more levels and becoming a full game.

Laughing taking 50 battery is a bit insane though!
