It could be a me problem easily, but I feel like the execution made me get a little sick easily, probably due to the area displayed on screen (so the camera movement can me a little aggressive) and the mouse movement felt quite weird to me, at least. I feel it would be just about rethinking on how to execute the concept and it would work, but the concept indeed is creative :)

Yeah maybe I need to fix that later.

Nice game, spent quite a while in it! Really liked the jokes placed on the ground. At the beginning didn't feel convenient with controls but quickly caught up after a bit. Liked the idea of cursor control and collision with the level. I definitely want a possibility for a cursor to die, because I was safely exploring the map using only cursor while a smile was stuck in a corner far behind.

Developer

Well, I did made so the cursor could also die by touching enemy arrows and attacks but yea thanks @AdvancerMan.

Maybe that's me, but in jam build cursor doesn't take damage from enemies :(

Well, you know changing roles of the main character is how a cursor and by the story suggests that you could interact the world, might need some tinkering.

Cute idea! I had a hard time navigating this big map, and I should have believed you when you wrote that there was a dead end ahead :D

Developer

Thanks Nick Koby, mostly tthe maps were made by my brother and yeah, I guess the maps were to big.

Its a cool concept, but it gets boring fast
You made the level a bit too big

Developer

True, the maps are kinda big but I did thought that means you could explore around each level to find every single enemy.

Except for the controls which were a bit frustrating, and the size of the map compared to our speed and size, I think that overall the mechanics are very funny and original, good job, I enjoyed it!

Developer

Thanks Sailing Rocks, I did thought of maybe doing a transition when Emoji stop when Cursor is close to him and maybe make the map smaller.

The level was frustratingly big compared to the camera space, I had a very hard time navigating! The control scheme has some potential, with you trying to save the cursor as well as some player, could be expanded upon.

Developer

True, make sence about that, maybe later I could change the level a bit to make it not too big.

Great first attempt! The camera movement is a bit jarring since it ended up lagging too far behind most of the time, and that would really uplift the experience I feel. But otherwise, it works thematically - good job on your first jam!

Developer

Thanks Diptoman, yeah I think I could try to fix the camera problem.

Cool game! It could use some music, but I enjoyed it!

Developer

I did give it a calm forest bird background music.

Hi Woody! Nice work on the enemy navigation

Developer

Thanks, however I don't really like how the enemies could detect Emoji through walls, I don't know how to fix that.

The harmony with the theme is really nice and different. The gameplay is also really good. Good job!

Developer(+1)

Thanks, me and my brother thought quite hard on this one, we're not even sure if it actually fit the theme.
