I really appreciate you slipping in last minute to leave me a rating. Thank you! Pretty happy with the scores I got.

This game has a really really really really great atmosphere, like really awesome, I love the detail you put in the atmosphere, the gameplay is a little confusing, but after reading the comments here I decided to give it a go again, and I managed to finish the game. The sound effects are also really good, overall it's a great game with a great atmosphere :D

Thanks so much for coming back to it!

I loved the lighting and the player character model. The movement felt good, and there was an mechanical eerie atmosphere about the environment that I really liked. Great work on the art! I did struggle with the gameplay a bit though, and couldn't work out how to get it for a while. The sound was great, but I think confused me a bit when I was trying to catch the audio queues. I really like this submission, thanks for sharing!

Thanks for the feedback! Definitely learned that I need to work on my gameplay and instructions from this Jam.

Interesting concept for a game, I like others couldn't work out what the hell to do though xD I had to look at your description to see I had to go right and mess with that generator, that would have been good info in the game, but it just shuts straight down and I can't seem to interact with anything else.  I'm sure I'm just being stupid but there's not a lot in the way of clues :P  Loved the atmosphere though, has that abandoned space station feel, which is great! Good effort!

Do I have to tell players how to do everything? :P I appreciate you leaving a comment even though you couldn't finish it. There is a "thud" that I'm told kinda blends in with the background. Once you lock onto it though, you can nail the timing. Sorry about that! I'll have to focus on this more next time I join a jam!

Oh there's a "tell"??? Sorry I totally didn't hear that xD

Developer (1 edit) (+1)

Haha, I was kidding. There is the instruction screen which tells you about the signals, but I think some of the sounds in the game get mistaken for the "tells" that signal when to press the space key.

Finished it! It was awesome once I figured out what to do! The sound FX, graphics and lighting were my favorite parts. Rated!

Developer(+1)

I'm addicted to the sound FX myself :P. Thanks for the feedback!

Thank you guys for playing! Let me know what you guys think of it! I'd really love to hear what you have to say. This was kind of an experimental project for me. DEV NOTE: Start with the generator which is directly to the east (right) of the spawn point.

Gmanicus, I gave this game a go, the atmosphere is brilliant, same with the graphics and SFX. However I couldn't for the life of me work out how I'm meant to play, I read the tutorial at the start, and looked around for 10 minutes trying to find one of the interaction points with a light near it, because the ones without it didn't seem to do anything for me, also the HTML5 version crashed my browser after 2 minutes so I switched to the desktop build. Your game looks brilliant and if you can help me work out how to play I'll be glad to give it a fair rating (I held off on rating it yet)

Thanks! Much appreciated. You had it right, but you have to start with the generator which is directly to the east of the spawn point. All the other OI's become accessible afterwards. I should have described this somewhere.

Will go try this now thank you, I'd advise you to add that in your itch page description as a note!
