Some graphical buyed assets have been used and credited. (You can find mac build on the game page)

Very well cured in the details, the arts is neat and enjoyable. Game play is easy to understand and funny. Well done!  Please rate our game too if you can!

Good luck!

Thank for playing! We're looking your game in the evening :)

Really cool audio and really cool graphics. Doesn't fit the theme very well imo.

It isn't really clear which projectiles are real and which are not, overall a good submission to the game jam, I enjoyed it very much :]

(ps: for Linux users: it works with wine)

Developer(+1)

Thanks for the feedback!

Indeed we lacked a bit on the feedback for the real and unreal projectiles, we should work on that to make it more clear once the jam is over. Also we'll try to do a proper build for each OS + online build once the jam is over and we finished the polish

I liked very much the game, it's really fun to play and a  great mechanic.

Developer

Thank you for playing!

I loved the UI menu! Nice entry although I don't see a connection to a theme. Congrats anyway and cheers! ;) (I almost won hah)

Developer

For the connection with the theme, we wanted to add some real and not real attack from the boss. But due to time, we've just implemented this on projectile :)

Cool boss and attack pattern design, I had no idea how to play going into it though 😅 It took me a while to work out that I was attacking in the direction of the mouse. I had fun though, good job!

Developer

Thank for playing man!

Developer

Thanks, I'm so happy you liked the boss :D. We should definitely add a little sandbox scene before getting into the actual game so you can master the control before getting the boss in the face

I don't know which projectile is real or not but it is esier to dodge every attack with space but also it is nearly impossible to attack when you click space xD I liked that.

Developer

Haha, to know which is real or not, you can try to deal damage with each different projectile and you will see! Thank you for playing :)

I loved the graphics and audio! I got so close to beating it too

Developer(+1)

The end phase of the boss is hard yes! Thank for your comment :)

Near the end where the boss starts firing the multi directional attacks I just get destroyed! It's a real challenge to stay alive. At first it's deceptively easy to take the boss down.

Worth a look to see how a team made a boss fight for this jam!

Developer

Haha! Thank you man! :) Our game designer enjoyed to make boss pattern's ^^

Quite a challenge! With a bit more polish you could have a nice base for a boss rush game for example :D

Developer

Thanks! And yes polish is definetely in the books when the jam will end

Challenging boss fight!

Developer

Thanks! Hope it wasn't too harsh tho :)

I'm very bad at this game, but the game's really fun.

Developer

Thank you man!

Oh I can see this being great please keep working on it when the jam is done. Challenging but the controls were nice. I suggest making the pillars collide with the bosses attack so you can use them for cover. I'll be sure to look out for updates :) I was a big fan of the dash ability.

Developer

Haha! Thank you my friend! We will maybe work on it after the jam to review some stuff (fix bugs, ...) and add some features that we had not the time to make it more complete.

I'm also on a mac and I couldn't figure out how to get the game to load. Maybe you could include some instructions somewhere? It looks like a lot of fun!

Developer

We will try to do a mac build with a drive link tomorrow, sorry we haven't tough of doing a proper build :/
I'll ping you when it's done!

Developer

Here is a link to the mac build : https://drive.google.com/file/d/1tiIN6fTvaLVWvLUdlVECJl6ad00JoNLD/view?usp=shari...
But I've no idea if it works well ^^'

Really like the game. At the beginning it is a bit unclear what skills I can use and also which attacks are real and which are not. I think some kind of tutorial would help. Otherwise a really nice game.

Developer

Thanks! Indeed a part from the controls we've write on the page there is nothing much and the time before the fight start might be a bit too short so it can be a bit harsh, sorry if it bothered you!

Submitted(+2)

very cool and challenging! i've struggled really much with the last and 2nd to last wave, but i managed to beat it :D

Developer

Thank you! Honestly the last phase I was such an evil kid when I did it, it was so pleasing and when I linked everything together I was like "oh gosh, this is insane but so satisfying"

Submitted(+2)

Really great visuals

Developer
