I think you executed this really well especially for the time - I liked the design of the eyes, I think it's a cool visual style!

I've seen this before, but I enjoyed playing it and one puzzle was also a bit harder which was nice! Props for creating this in under 3 hours!

A little too easy but I enjoyed the twist on the Sokoban genre :)

Really nice puzzle mechanic and level design! The final level really made me stop and ponder

Hi!
I really liked the twist on the push the block genre. You could add a game over screen instead of looping the levels to give the game some closure though.
Overall, it was a nice and simple game. I had fun.

Thank you!

That was actually a suggestion a playtester gave me. The thing was, I had 15 minutes left on my timer and I had four key things left to do: audio, post processing, death feedback, and end screen. Audio was top priority because it's one of the rating criteria; then I needed post processing to improve the visuals, and death feedback so players wouldn't be confused if they suddenly die. There was no time left for an end screen, though it's obviously too late to add one.

This game was pretty entertaining and interesting. It really gave me a challenge when it came to moving the boxes around and blocking the eyes view. I got glitched in a certain area on level 3 when I placed the crate nearest to my character at spawn in a certain position. Overall, nice game!

Thanks for playing! I went into level 3 and I was able to replicate the problem you described. Similar problems happened when I was playtesting pushing crates on other tiles (which I was able to fix), and the issue was due to a stupid mistake I made with the border colliders that I didn't have time to fix. Luckily, you can't finish the level anyway with the crate in that position, as you need to push that crate up to block off the eyes, which you can't do when it's against the bottom border.

I loved the idea. reminded me of death squared on the switch. (one of my most favourite games). I think there would be serious potential in winning this jam if you made more levels.

I agree. I'm still a beginner, and I had no experience with this game genre, so I made many embarrassing and silly mistakes, which ate up most of my 3 hour time limit. There were going to be 5 levels originally, but I had to cut it to 3. I hope you still enjoyed each level.
