Really easy to get into — the onboarding is smooth and the controls feel natural right away. The graphics are simple but they fit the atmosphere well, and that crack in the sky is a genuinely striking detail that caught my attention.

The background audio could be more cohesive overall — it doesn’t always feel like it’s breathing with the rest of the experience.

On level 2, after collecting a gear the screen went black for quite a long time, and I wasn’t sure if that was intentional or a bug. Lingering in the dark that long without feedback wasn’t the most comfortable feeling. Once the timer ran out, it looped me back to a checkpoint.

All in all, an enjoyable journey. Good work!

Thank you!

nice camera work!

Thanks!

Cool game! I like the atmosphere that the graphics, music and audio create. I also like the gameplay, I went through a few levels, and it seems I reached the end, because at the very top I could no longer recognize the gears.

Once I ran into the textures (quite far away), and when I came back I couldn't see the player, so I had to die to start over :).

Good game, calms you down :).

I really had fun, congratulations!

Developer(+1)

Thank you! In the last room the gear will show up after the timer expires. Then you will see the ending when you pick the gear.

good game like the graphics and interesting gameplay

A suggestion to tune the difficulty - the elevator on level 1 (one up), left platform is a too far. I tried many times to jump there and I knew the robot had to go there because I saw the gear from below. But it seemed like it is impossible. I had to use the classical hack - place the character on the edge, most of the sprite hanging in the air to be able to make the jump. The platform should be a few pixels closer. Some players may get too frustrated and just abandon the game. Good luck!

Developer

Thank you for the feedback. It needs some adjustment indeed.

Definitely has some cool ideas! I think having some more initial exposition or making it feel a little more limbo esq (learning mechanics one by one/area by area) can make this into a really fun game.

Developer

Thank you! I had some ideas for puzzle mechanics, unlocking new paths etc, but It requires more time! Two weeks are not enough. ^^

It was a good game! I think adding sounds for character movement, like running and jumping, would make it even better.

Developer

Thank you! Yes, it's a must!

It's a good game!! I found a bug in the second level which you fall at the bottom right but it doesn't make respawn.

Developer(+1)

Thank you! Yes, it has some bugs here and there. ^^

Submitted(+1)

It's good, but there are some glitches in the spawn location; every time I die, I spawn in a different place. Also, the player needs more speed.

Developer(+1)

Thank you for the feedback!

I liked the feel of the game. You mentioned in the comments that the shapes were placeholders, but I actually liked them as they were. They gave the environment an empty, minimalist vibe.

Developer

Thank you! It seems it ended not so bad as it is. ^^

Nice game, but some mechanics are a  bit frustrating. For example, in the second level, I kept falling back to the start multiple times and lost time. You could add some area that kills the player before falling all the way down; these areas could appear after collecting each gear.

Developer

Thank you! Indeed the levels need better design. I've spend too much time on the camera and the character animation.

Submitted

I understand you, but that's how it is with jams. For example, my animations are literally two frames long. That's the cost for doing it all alone.

Submitted(+1)

Animations and camera effects are very well done,  I think the environment looks a little simple compared to the character design

Developer

Thank you! That is true, all shapes are placeholders but I did not manage to draw the actual assets on time and repalce them.

The camera zoom-in and zoom-out effects were a great reference! (ツ)ノ

Developer

Thank you!

I’m loving this! The gameplay is super smooth, really cool mechanics, I’m impressed, the animations are so smooth. It adds a lot to the experience. leaving a rating for sure. 5/5

Developer

Thank you! I'm glad you liked it!

Clockheart is a clever little platformer built around a simple but effective constraint — you're a clockwork robot with limited time to solve each puzzle.

The character design is striking, and the environments, while built from simple shapes, convey a real sense of scale. It's impressive what the developer achieved with minimal geometry.

Where the game truly shines is in its voiceover work — the lines are superbly delivered and add a surprising amount of immersion. Even the death sequences feel special thanks to the SFX and voice lines that accompany them.

A very nice project overall.

Thank you for the detailed review! It almost reads as if the game is showcased in a famous magazine.  ^^

Submitted(+1)

Yeah, I'm trying to structure the reviews in a more professional fashion hehe.

Developer

Very well done!

I like the voice actors who can create a mysterious vibe, and the gameplay is also engaging. Good job bro!!, but on level 2, I fell off the bottom right corner of the screen and I didn’t know what to do.

Developer

Thank you! You have to go left, I've missed to add the proper wall there in the rush and the character falls under the map. Unfortunately you have to wait the timer in that situation.

Audio and vibe is there. But I do think adding an elevator shaft to call the elevator could be a good softlock prevention for the elevator zone. I kept getting softlock due to the elevator is not at my current level and there is no way for the character to reach. Would like to know more about the worldbuilding, seems interesting. Nice entry!

Developer

Thank you! Indeed the whole level needs some work to avoid these situations.

I love the mystery in this game. The controls are very easy to use. Good job!

Developer

Thank you! I appreciate it!

Audio is very well done here and you bg gives off a create dystopian vibe. Controls feel solid, very SNES Disney era platformer vibes I'm getting. Good job on this.

Thank you!
