Nice work! The train was hard for me to see but have the particles made it much better but I still recommend making it a different color, giving it a clear outline or something. Also, play around with the display stretch settings so going full screen makes the play area bigger instead of just added a border (Project -> Project Settings -> Display | Window | Stretch)

What a great little simulation! I'd love a mode to place tracks and mess around in a sandbox, because i'm a little too impatient and keep failing on the same levels, but being able to build a track and watch trains smash and derail would be very fun.
Legit very good job!
This game was totally up my alley! I am now officially ready to conduct passenger trains. 😊 A lot of others have already mentioned what needs improvement, but this was really great for your first jam entry. I did find a bug where somehow my yellow box completely disappeared. Not sure how this happened, but I thought I'd let you know. Great job!

Had a blast, was fun learning to get it right and have to be a conductor, though could benefit from some sound design and music.
I seem to be just good enough to get the job done... sometimes:
Great game, both in idea and implementation!
Great interpretation of the theme! To add onto suggestions about feedback on corners, I think seeing the carriages lean out would help a lot although perhaps a bit tricky in 2d
I would not be a good conductor. Long hours, on call, the union support seems lacking. But trains are pretty cool, travel to new places; who knows. Actually, I know: not for me. But this game is cool! It helped me come to that realization.
Somewhat fun, I feel like it would be more enjoyable if there was some feedback about the "best" speed for each curve, or how close a train is to derailing, otherwise it became a bit too much like trial-and-error guesswork. I can imagine this being quite fun if developed into a more complete game with more artwork and sounds.
