Game description
You’re dropped into a dark labyrinth with only sound and fading rings of light to navigate. Ping the space, listen to echoes, follow afterglow waves, and escape before your charges or time run out.

Theme interpretation
We took “Waves” literally: you explore a pitch-black maze by firing sonic pings, listening to echoes, and watching the fading ripple rings they leave on the floor and walls. Navigation, sensing walls/openings, and even recharge pacing are all driven by those sound/light waves instead of sight.

MY EYES!

Makes me dizzy. I like the concept, but it unfortunately wasn't executed well

I love this game's concept! Using sound waves to bounce across the walls and manage a path towards the exit is a great idea! Though, while it may go against some of the ideas of the game, I believe adding in more visual guides to help players could be helpful. Sometimes the waves bounce around too fast in a way where from the player POV it can look like a confusing mess. Maybe when the waves bounce the wall has a slight light indicator on them?

Again, great game idea and I'd love to see something like this fleshed out!

Really cool idea! I like that even your footsteps mark the way! It's a little hard to tell what's going on, especially if you're looking at a wall or something. The flashing also is a bit sudden and fast, I think maybe having them move slower would really help. The idea is really really cool though!

Ah man, I hate it to say but it really hurts my eyes or something. I can't really play it. Maybe if the waves were a little slower, or didn't show up if you are looking right into a wall? I got a few levels in but it's just too uncomfortable. Idea looks cool, and maybe it's just me here, but I reacted poorly in a physical sense.

Pretty cool and also really trippy. The visual ping effect is  both fun and interesting, so nice work!

Nice idea with wave tracking the environment. Found it a bit difficult to get used to it at first though , the waves were moving a bit too fast to spot the direction in which the player should go . Solid entry and waves are definitely here!

This reminds me of the Deltarune chapter 4 thing with the echoes and stuff. Really trippy though and hard to play.

Pretty difficult, maybe a bit too much with sensitive people. But pretty cool idea.
