Good game!

Unfortunately, the boss was a bit difficult for me.

Realaxing and atmospheric game, it's a good entry !

Very relaxing and enjoyable entry. At first I wasn't sure about boat handling and harpoon physics, but once I got a few upgrades it felt beautiful. I do think the final boss had a bit more health than necessary, but that's purely preference, it was a really fun game nonetheless!

Nice game! The final boss is looking real cool! I think enemy HP bars would be helpful and/or some damage indication.

Developer(+1)

I'm thinking of adding that and some more after the jam.

Thank you for playing.

I really like this relaxing atmosphere, nice game!

This was such a nice little entry, I loved the minimalist vibes and the music made it feel kinda eerie and peaceful at the same time. The gameplay was solid too, the way the boat handled was really nice and harpooning the fish was very satisfying. Great job!

Love boat games. Stellar sounds and ambiance, just needed a bit more even volume adjustment. My favourite game from this jam.

I loved the calm feeling this gave me. The greyscale palette here really works well (idk but i love the grey background). Great work with the fishing mechanic too! :)

I like fishing games, and this one is no exception :)

Those whales are brutal! And I would maybe turn down the seagull noise, I had the sound up pretty high because I liked the background noises. Great work :)

Good game. Love the fish design.

I like the theme, and the core gameplay is challenging but fun! The way you expand the difficulty and introduce new fish every day was pretty interesting. Great work!

Very good game, quite challenging! great art!

This is the most fun game I’ve played in the jam so far! I have to start all over again. Also, sometimes I can’t kill them in one hit, is that how the game mechanics are supposed to work?

Developer(+1)

Yes. It is intended. When you kill them in a single hit that means you already shoot them before but they jumped back to the water. And now they jump out of the water with less health. Someone suggested to add a health bar to them to avoid this confusion. I might do that after the the jam.

Thank you for playing.

I liked the core loop, and aesthetics attract me because I like to fish myself and sea theme is one of my favorites

Great game! Day 7 is the highlight, I died on it 3 times now, it can proably be beaten, but maybe failing is the true ending in the spirit of cosmic horror :)

Developer

It can be beaten. I managed it once. But there is also something poetic about falling.

I'm happy that at least some people get to the final level. I worked hard on it.

Thank you for playing :)

Would love to see this a full-fledged experience outside of a jam - loads of cool stuff here (also gotta love the Godot representation)
