Fun game with a cool premise ! I will say the over-rendered people poppin in as I dropped the book gave me a little spook each time XD but it's well done!

Kudos on the creativity! Cool music and overall vibe too! I'm most definitely not target audience since I don't like just reading all the time though, haha. So for me it was hard to maintain interest, also since I didn't really feel that anything happened if I sacrificed the wrong person. So if something could be done visually and introduce some kind of scene that plays out before chosing who to sacrifice, like "these three people had an argument, then X happens, then you get to judge who to sacrifice based on an event rather than just "I want to be rich". So you get the "good" feeling of when you're throwing Karen into the fire. Cause Karen was a ***** in that previous sequence, but Josh was the correct pick because your "boss" asked for someone good. To get some moral dilemmas in. Just an idea.

I LOVE the music, I actually started bobbing my head to it when I first pressed start. I like the game play of matching people to the requirements you get for a sacrifice, especially when it's (I assume) randomly generated.

I hope after the jam this game gets expanded upon because I see potential for more! Great job!

Very funny cutscenes and great character design! Music fit the game perfectly and the requests were pretty fun to read through. Would've loved some more unique requests but I had a good time regardless, well done!

love the art, one of the most unique so far

I was a bit sad to see the game end without any resolution for our poor cult leader :P.  The art in this was fire though (pun very much intended.)

The art is super dynamic, the people really feel like people that would have any of the characteristics listed which adds a lot to the game-feel. I also dig the concept a lot, filtering through people to sacrifice is really cool.

The story, and the gameplay is nice! I really liked the concept you had going for the sacrifices, although there were some repeating prompts. But for a 4-day jam, this is such a good entry :)

The art style of the cultist and its god between the days is incredible, as was the humour of the story! I'd love to see a fleshed out version of this game where everything was that art style for sure. I enjoyed trying to work out while to sacrifice next, even if I made a mistake or two along the way. Good game!
