Thank you for the honest review!
There's a bit of a story behind the development and how it ended up this way. But we're aiming to make a post-jam build to add in everything we couldn't and then some.
When that's out, would you wanna give the game another go?

Whoops! My bad lol

Unique management sim! Having to manage your own resources and relationships with other countries towards your end goal, perfect.
I'm not sure what the "input key" is- I might've missed something. I couldn't continue after
But hey, good job!

Great art! The writing for the portal made it feel both alive and unnatural; I got a slight chill.
I wish there were more to do than pixel hunt for items. If it had a bit more direction, I can see this game being pretty banger
Nice job!

I don't wanna spoil anything, but it's a good read! The first ending I got made me giggle. For a moment, I thought I wasn't supposed to get it yet
I'm really curious as to how the backgrounds are made! I'm guessing blender with some good editing
Either way, good job!

IM GOING AS FAST I CAN

QUICKLY YOU HAVE TO PLAY AND POST TOOOOO

It was a bit of a rough play until I started dashing.  The design started to click, but I wish I could hold down the mouse button to attack. Still, nice job making a roguelike!

Fun play and fun characters! I also like trains! 10/10

QUICK, WE HAVE TO PLAY EACH OTHER'S GAMES.

POST YOUR GAME, HURRY HURRY HURRY HURRY!!!!!

As I go through these, feel free to leave your feedback on my team's game! Or I might spill our little secret >:)

Fun idea. Was confused at first but I understood the assignment and went fast.

Wish the camera kept up since this is a speedrunning game. Either way, good job!

I'm not good at shmups but this game was awesome! Actual 10/10! I can tell you're a real shmup fan with the concept alone lol

The game starts off great with the subtle tutorial on what you have to do. But I felt a little cheated when I tried to sacrifice the blue gals, expecting it to kill like the vampire, and instead it did something else.

The game's good! If the game were a little faster and the camera didn't zoom in after selecting someone, especially on bigger maps, it'd be even better! Good job!

Look, ma, I'm famous!
Fun game. Didn't think shooting hoops could kill, but I will always be balling.

Nice concept! But I wish there were a bit more direction instead of pure guessing. The art and presentation were really good though. Nice job!

A nice story and great art! Good job making it in 4 days!

Graphically appealing but I couldn't really play well. I couldn't tell when I hit something and without a crosshair I couldn't hit my shots.
I like the idea! Just a few small QoL changes and you're golden. Good job still!

Nice clicker-styled game! I wish it were a little more automated, but for a 4-day jam game, I can see it being pretty fun. Good job!

It's a neat concept! Although I can see this game becoming frustrating fairly quickly, as it's largely trial and error. And when it's connected to two gauges like this, it might spell disaster-
Still, for what you managed to cook up, it's nice! Good job!

Short but sweet! Nice job!

After getting through the RTP hurdle, I played, got pregnant, and got soft-locked on Gabriel.
10/10 angels in hell are mean

I'm so glad so many people wanna keep a secret. I'll keep going through the games here!

I knew someone would use dead bodies for puzzles! Glad to see it!
Fun game overall. Didn't get stuck on the puzzles, but moving the bodies became a pain sometimes.
Great job!

Oof! Guess a small hiccup got through. But we're glad you enjoyed it regardless!

Nice art (loved the paintings) and emotional story. Didn't expect the grief and reminisce angle. A pleasant and very heartwarming surprise.
For the rhythm game section, I think the notes were cute, but they threw off my timing. I eventually kept hitting all the keys at the same time with no consequence
Still, great game!

Holy guacamole! That was an experience and a half. Very immersive, great presentation and the story was nice. We love ourselves a little existentialism.
Great job!

I'll have to come back to this one- I'm a little dumb and also not good with horror!
Still wanna give a fair rating when i complete it

Remember, everyone, not a word! We wouldn't wanna bump up this thread and get people to share more awesome works. That'd be crazy!

Awesome game! The surreal aesthetic is super on point! Took a bit to figure out, but I managed to purify a soul! It would've been great if the information about the patient had helped you narrow down treatments. I couldn't glean much from the footage, so I kept guessing til I got it right

I AM THE SQUASH MASTER WOOOO
Fun game. Locked in at the end when I had to time my jumps better. Nice job!

The art team was on a roll from start to finish!

Okay, this game's kinda awesome??? It's simple, everything goes back to killing more and it adds to the dopmaine loop. It's real nice. Good job!
(P.S. Had to turn up the sound from the settings. The screams had me giggling lol)

It's a little janky, but I get the idea! Using your death in ways to move forward. The spike bridge puzzle was a bit of a stopgap though cuz the character would rag doll in unexpected ways. That stopped me from making any real progress
Overall, nice!

Fun stealth game! Took me a bit to adjust, but I got into a flow. Great job!

Oh boy, it's gonna take some time to get through these but I'm so down.

A very very charming game. Love the exploration and it's fun bouncing around. The atmosphere and aesthetics is really nice too. Great stuff!

First: The visuals and presentation? Absolutely ADORABLE, fantastic even! Seeing animated cutscenes during a 4 1/2 jam blew my mind
The gameplay itself is neat. I loved dropkicking enemies but the difficulty ramps up a little fast.
Overall, nice work!

Very fun and arcade-y game! Had a blast. Resorted to getting speed upgrades first so I can run in circles and get everyone to bunch up lol

There are a lot of games to go through! We can make it a little easier if we share each other's games here.
You can't tell anyone, though, okay? :)

The way everything came together had us giggling like mad loool
