I really enjoyed this game! Only bad experience I had was when I already didn't had any mana the game could also replenish some by itself because if not you just have to wait until you die. However I really loved the aesthetics and the sounds were really good! Good Job! :D

Very neat defense game with a strong concept. I liked the resource management with the crystals and choosing when to use die to attack and when to try to gain some more crystals with them. Lots of visual polish and good audio

One of the most if not the most polished game in the jam, all art was coherent, gameplay loop simple and fun, even down to the details like the way the dice sways when you drag it. Very cool.

Genius game design. Love the calmness in this game. Can be a very cool mobile game even in this condition.

Liked and rated.

The gameplay is interesting despite its simplicity, and the dopamine rush from playing can make people want to stay longer.

My suggestion is to improve the sound design so that it better matches the excitement players feel when they have to think quickly.

I love the presentation and gameloop. May I suggest having a sort of passive generation as right now the lives feel like they can't do much as they all go down in one volley if you run out of points.

Developer

Thanks! Nice suggestion, I’ll consider how to improve this in the future.

This is one of the most original concepts I've seen so far, and I think that it can go very far whether it becomes a full game or just a side mechanic of a bigger project.

The sound was nice, and the artstyle fit the atmosphere as well. I would say that I found it a little frustrating that there was no way to get dice back (at least not from what I've seen) and that most numbers were only 3, 12 and 13.

If you add a mechanic to get back dice, and add a bigger variety of numbers, the game would be so much better.

Great job overall :)

Developer

Thanks! I had more ideas planned, but couldn’t fit them all into the 72-hour deadline. There’s a good chance I’ll return to this project later and continue working on it.

My frantic clicks to combine dice was juxtaposed by your zen garden atmosphere and sound. 10/10 would play again
