I like the effect of this dice spinning!
Really well-executed concept! The presentation is strong, especially the eerie audio and moody visuals. Would love to see this expanded post-jam!
My luck is so baaad lol. But I enjoyed the game a lot! Visuals and audio were great. Really well done!
Very interesting mechanic, I really enjoyed this and it reminded me of Inscryption a lot. Visuals were exceedingly well made and satisfying to roll the die, put me in a loop of buying rerolls and Hitting. Cool luck and strategy blend. Well done!
I really enjoyed this entry! After a few rolls I got how the gameplay was supposed to be played and went to risk away my life!! I really liked that you have to strategise when to spend gold and your rerolls in order to win! the odds are well balanced as well and the gambling aspect of it is just as much fun!
Visuals are top as well! The eerie atmosphere gives more stakes to the gameplay!
Great entry! I could see this as a full release! β¨β¨πͺππ
I didn't win a single one, but the game is really fun!
The games looks really polished and really good! I also like the deck-building system!
This is very polished. Even just rolling the die looks and sounds great. You did a wonderful job on everything. I think this is a very creative idea, and I had fun playing it. I think getting 3 skulls should make you lose immediately instead of only losing a turn, and maybe rerolls are too cheap, but that didn't take away from this being a great game.
The rules seemed daunting at first but once I actually got into it, it was really easy to pick up and enjoy! For a dice game, I really enjoyed how much strategy there was. The atmosphere was great, the sounds were satisfying, and the game felt well balanced. The only thing that I stumbled with was how the new dice offers were represented. When I first saw the hexagon, I wasn't entirely sure what I was looking at and got confused. It didn't take too long to realize it was just showing all the sides of the dice but I did pass a few offers not understanding what it was. Maybe a different way of representing all the sides or more hints in the UI could help but that's far from a game-breaking issue. Really enjoyed this, great job!
Many thanks for the valuable feedback and for playing our game! I'm happy you enjoyed your time with it. 100% agree with you, the onboarding is a bit rough and the UI wasn't really designed, but more "slapped" onto the existing prototype. Those are definitely notes worth working on.
Played 9 rounds and was like 'the house always wins'. β οΈ Then I diced two π on the first 2 turns of the 10th round not getting another one...but jokes on the house...I had 22 rerolls! πππ I get to keep my soul and post this review...lucky you. π Very intense and fun game. The only thing I'd recommend is maybe adding a variety of dice options in the shop between rounds. Good job. π
I loved the storytelling! Thank you so much for playing and the kind words. The game can definitely use some more content, hopefully there are a few design low hanging fruits we can pick.
Cheers
