Came to review this game because of a meme comment from one of your developers and actually got pretty invested in the game. πŸ˜†

So I have played quite a few games like these thanks to my nephew who loves these type of games. This is definitely one of the better ones I have tried out and it was made in a Jam.

I really liked the risk aspect and the fact your units  permanently die, so you actually have to strategize. Just a small QoL aspect would be, being able to sell units, but that's something small and will only come into play if you have a bunch more unity types. Art style is really nice and animations are pretty cool. Amazing work! πŸ’ͺ

I really like the simplistic design. A score system and lose mechanic would add to the game. Maybe try add an ammo system, missing 3 times makes you lose or something like that. Good attempt though. πŸ€—

Yeah there is definitely a bug, nothing spawns after the first 2 enemies. Its a bummer because the characters look so cute and the combat seems like it could be fun. Hope you work on this a bit more after the Jam. πŸ€— 

Also just a suggestion, add some texture to the floor so you can tell if you are a moving, right now you don't know if you are moving at all.

A pretty neat IO style game. Would be epic with a multiplayer and some powerups as you 'grow'.  @sm007hcr1m1nal's idea for moving on the rhythm is interesting. Maybe something you could try out. Good Job though! πŸ™Œ

Haven't put much thought into it, but maybe like press space and it will drop you straight down or hold space for more power. Obviously limiting the usage of it. Just something that the player can do to alter their trajectory mid flight.

Probably my favourite game I have played in this jam so far. 😱 Absolutely love it. Been stuck in for 2 hours straight only stopping because I have an errand to run! 😒 Please upload a version we can download and save progress for! πŸ˜… Amazing work! πŸ™Œ  It gets very grindy though but that's the kind of game it is. 😜

The progression system is amazing for a jam game, however I did find a nice glitch (I will only tell you after you give me my build πŸ’›) I'm just kidding 😜 So there was a point, I don't know how and when it happened, but any Iron and Copper upgrades did not cost anything. And I still kept my total, so I could upgrade as much as I wanted to as long as the number was higher than the amount needed.

Really cute art style, I actually like how you animated the moving of the character. I also liked the 'snake' style growing of the trail the more you collect. I think having a main objective, or time limit would really add to the risk factor. Good job. πŸ™Œ

I really dig this game 😜 Fits the theme so well! Kept greeding for more ore before going back up and getting killed by the darn spiders. πŸ₯Ί Will definitely keep playing this until I reach the bottom! Good Job. πŸ’Ž

Excellent take using a black jack mechanic. I really enjoyed the art style. I think maybe the font could be adjusted for the letter choices, because playing on crazy mode the key 'I' popped up and I wasn't sure if it was a 1, I, L or even |. I went with I but I was wrong and crashed. 😒 I'm not sure how you would make the distinction though. But otherwise really good job, was pretty fun. πŸ€—

A fun silly take on a Balatro style game. The funny theme and art adds to the charm of the game. Just needs a little bit polishing in terms of UI and selection of cards, but overall good job! πŸ™Œ

Fun but difficult game. Plays really smooth and is done really well for the type of game it is. I would recommend adding a previous throw trajectory line so you don't have to keep guessing how to throw and maybe adding an additional mechanic mid flight so the player has something to do after the throw. Overall good job though. πŸ€—

Feels really smooth to play. I like the mechanic of using your own life as ammo, fits in with the risk theme pretty well. I also had a question about the ring enemies but I completely forgot about dash. I like the combo to heal mechanic too. Having ship upgrades would be a nice idea. But overall great job. πŸ€—

Excellent game. Well done on the mechanics and the mini games. Also liked that you had to risk it for the little story elements as well. The art style was really well done too. Can't wait for more levels and mini games. Well Done! πŸ™Œ

A neat retro style chase game. The graphics fit really well with it too. The only thing I would suggest is making the cash trucks more prominent. So have them on the screen for longer with an extremely large HP. Currently they zoom past and it doesn't really feel like an important aspect even though that's where you upgrade money comes from. Good Job though, pretty fun. πŸ€—

The controls feel a bit weird on PC, but I assume that's because you optimised it for mobile. A really interesting game with nice story and choice elements. Made me question my life a few times actually. πŸ˜… Good Job! πŸ€—

Literally a rock, paper, scissors type of game. Took me forever to figure out how to place the characters though. πŸ˜… So maybe a drag and drop system would be nice. But once I figured it out, it was actually fun. Good aesthetic and voice acting. Well done!

Really like the concept and gravity mechanic with the little planets. Pretty difficult though. Kind of feels like a putt putt-esque game with a unique take. Nice work. πŸ™Œ

Very fun dungeon crawler style game. The risk it aspect being the chest choices was pretty neat and I like the auto battler style fighting. Great art and sound too. Good job. πŸ™Œ

Such a beautiful game, loved the art style and the general aesthetic of the game. The fish descriptions were so funny. I don't know if I was tripping but there was a day night mechanic? The only thing I would recommend is making 'space bar' or a keyboard button as the 'Go Fishing' button also, so I can sit back in my chair and fill my fishpedia without needing to touch the mouse. Excellent job! πŸ€— 

I like the story behind it. It was a little confusing to play and a little buggy, but once you got around to figuring it out it was pretty fun testing out different combos. You should definitely spend some time ironing out the bugs and polishing it up. Good Job though. πŸ€—

Fun arcade style game. Clever take on the risk mechanics. Love the art style too. Not sure if it was me just being bad or could you actually kill the boss? Tried it a few times, hit the ground before killing the boss. Good Job though. πŸ™Œ

Scooping the entire jar at one go and then playing a catch'em game to the end was so much fun. Not sure if it was an intended mechanic though, but if not...it should be. 😜The artsyle was pretty neat too. Good Job. πŸ™Œ

I spent a surprising  amount of time playing this game. Was a little confusing to start, but once I got the hang of it I wanted to replace all my Depressios, and that was a victory to me. Good Job! πŸ€—

Super simple but extremely fun game. πŸ™Œ You need the blitz mode as an option in the main menu, because I finished the game and was excited to play the blitz mode later but realised coming back to the game later I had to redo the 10 levels again. πŸ₯Ί Good job though. πŸ€—

A really fun and unique take on an autobattler, I love the different ducks and the gamble machine. Feels like a finished game. Good Job. πŸ™Œ
