How does the game fit the theme?
You are defending your hub and you have to dive into the dungeon to gather resources. The deeper you go, the bigger the rewards - but get lost, and you might miss the next wave attacking your hub. How far will you risk it for the biscuit?

What code and assets did you not make from scratch during the jam (if any)?
Shaders, Particles, Tree Models, Plant Models, Sound Effects

The visuals and overall vibe for the game are really cool! The controls feel a bit off and it would be cool to emphasize risking going into the dungeon.

I played the game in browser. Visuals and sound give a nice atmosphere. Overall I think it's a nice gameplay and game idea, but I had some bugs with waves not ending and nothing happening. I also think the change from free movement in church and locked cam in basement feels weird. I was at first also confused by the material UI as it seemed for me that I lost all mats upon leaving the basement. But good job on the basement generation.

Nice concept, I felt a little bit like in the COD zombie mod, with menaces from eveywhere !

Nice job! :)

Awesome game! Thanks for showing the controls on the screen, the game is not frustrating cz of that!

Would be a good idea to add indication that the wave starts soon and you need to come back from the maze. Like 10 seconds before the wave.
Press and Leave doesn't work after defeat.
Collider is not very big on the sit of the laser, sometimes couldn't get in.

Visuals are pretty but skeletons are really weird though.

Nicely done!

Nice game and a nice idea to fit the theme. Going through a maze to get upgrades while under pressure from the timer and trying to memorize the way back was a good take on the risk theme. I got stuck on the second wave though :(

Really really fun experience. Love the implementation of the theme and the gameplay loop is so fun and well put together. The vibes are great too. The only thing that i didnt understand was why ther camera is locked in the dungeon but for the rest this is an overall great experience. Congrats on such an amazing work!

An impressive project for just 1 week and a 2-person team. Even though you mentioned the graphics are lower in the web version, they still look good enough and the game runs smoothly. Congrats!

I am more shocked that you guys made this in one week and for a first game no less, this is incredible and love the concept.

To improve I say the cannon feel empty when shooting, feedback when enemy shoot the cathedral like a simple shake and crumpled when game over and also something feels off like playing two different games in one in a disjointed way- change in control, some input irresponsive, etc.

This is a good game, but it is way too ambitious for a game jam so next time pls have smaller scope.

As for the current game expand it, fix the problems, this is a great foundation.

(Also, Dome keeper in 3D hell yeah!!!!!!)

Thank you! Yea we totally learned our scope lesson and i agree with your other points as well

I really risked it for those triangles and squares man, late to every wave haha.  Truly well put together game, I really enjoyed it. I love that the upgrades carried the risk factor and that the risk was not just a choice button click but a game inside the game. The pressure of the starting of the new wave and getting lost in the basement was torture...in a good way...if that's possible xDD.  The visuals and sound were so in theme with the Cathedral. Loved the bell sound for the start of the round.  Really amazing game!
