Hola, disculpen las molestias. He publicado un parche que debería solucionar el problema. ¡Gracias!

Hi, thank you for showing an interest in my game!
I released a patch and I believe the issue will be fixed. At least there should be a language switch button in the settings in the bottom right corner.

Many thanks to you, my friend!

Wow, thanks for a detailed feedback!
I'll fix ui as soon as possible. Talking about resources - everything will be rebalanced to match new features!
Thanks again ;)

Thanks a lot!
It could be a bug. If it is, I will investigate this bug asap.
If it is not, maybe you don't have enough fertilizer :)

Oh, I believe you speak Spanish or Russian? I forgot to disable support for that languages as translations are not ready yet. Anyway thanks for trying out my game!

Not yet, my goal for this prototype is to test the core idea of the game. But I am planning to add more trees and features in the future!

Books are free from the beginning! There was a bug with books that I already fixed (I hope). Thank you for playing :)

Yeah, I checked tutorial (too much text but it's good that its interactive. Should become in-game level). For me the game was too overwhelming. You need to do a lot of things from the beginning:

1. Remember all ingredients

2. Locate all of them in the level

3. Bring it to work station and prepare it if needed

4. Bring all of it to table and make a dough

5. Cook it

6. Locate portal

7. Bring cookie to the portal.

And all of the resources are scattered on the map so you need run a lot. And you just can't bring 3 at the time cz you can't jump enough to reach the platforms or hills.

So it is too much for me as a player.  Maybe if I learned it one by one it will be okay. But this difficulty for newbie keeps me away :(

If I am not in fullscreen, arrow up move the page up and I can't see anything, ha.

That's greate art style. A little too bright but still great.

I can see some overcooked influence in this game.

And I'm sorry, but I couldn't play cz it's too difficult! I don't remember what do I need for the biscuit. I would prefer some indications. Also everything is so far away that I spent all the time for the first biscuit and missed all others. That was not fun at all :(  You need a better learning curve so player could remember the ingridients, feel the control and only after that run the full game!

Try it out! Good luck!

Try it out! Enjoy!

Thanks!
That was an extra gameplay for the chosen ones ;)

I love the idea! Pretty pixel as well.

But I found it too easy to beat. Maybe add more patterns on owner move. More psychological tricks perhaps. Also could be fun to add more dynamics to the game like owner is moving or sometimes her husband is showing up to help, haha.
Also stylize the UI for pixel art as well.

Overall, well done!

Congrats on your first game! I think making games is a great way to spend time together with your partner! I know cz I did my previous game with my wife too :)

I would appreciate if you will try my game too!

I like the idea of the game!

But want to note several things:

  • Grandma is way too quick for her age :)
  • No shadows under the characters
  • Mouse spawned right on the biscuit, that's not great
  • I played only two days and maybe missed something but I think game will become boring very soon. Cz there is not much variety or strategies. I just learned one strategy and completed level easily. Maybe add different stages of cooking for different client preferences.

Great game! I love this art style and gameplay is quite good.

I don't like colors of the text in the shop. Red often means not enough currency to buy but here it is always red, confusing! Also I expected some buff on reaching cap exactly (ex. 21 out of 21).

Anyway, nicely done!

Very cute game! And really polished. Music really makes the mood. And gameplay is actually fun!
One thing, personally, I would make a foreground elements a little bit smaller.

Good Job!

Thank you for the kind words, I really appreciate it!

Thanks! Maybe it's a unity bug, I'll try to investigate it.

Thank you for your feedback! I'll try to improve my audio skills :)

Awesome game! Thanks for showing the controls on the screen, the game is not frustrating cz of that!

Would be a good idea to add indication that the wave starts soon and you need to come back from the maze. Like 10 seconds before the wave.
Press and Leave doesn't work after defeat.
Collider is not very big on the sit of the laser, sometimes couldn't get in.

Visuals are pretty but skeletons are really weird though.

Nicely done!

Ah, yes. I call it framework cz I build a game around it. And all my code depends on it :)
And it is always the same for every project. But also I have a template for quick prototyping. It includes some sprites, scripts which will be changed in final game. That's how I understand it

Many thanks for you feedback!
I am very glad you liked my art style. This was a goal for the jam to develop my style for this and future games!
Speaking of gameplay, I'll read couple game-design books to improve myself, hah.

Thanks again!

Thank you!

Nice stylized game! Would be nice to show rules on first launch of the game. As I didn't know you should press 'x' in the menu :) The gameplay is simple and quite fun. Only in couple runs I figured out just to count seconds based on depth and dive speed. Perfect if you are a metronome, haha

Here is mine! https://itch.io/jam/brackeys-14/rate/3844191

Thanks!

Thank you! I tried to create unique visuals for every level.

Thank you!

Thanks for your kind words. After the jam I am planning to add some improvements and more content. Maybe even not-plinko gamble!

Risk is a risk but you can never run out of cookies! Thank you!

Glad you enjoyed it! I looked at peggle a little and got some inspiration for improving this game, thank you!

Thank you!

Thank you for the feedback!

Thanks!

Thank you very much for feedback and playing on mobile ;)
As a programmer I wrote my own framework that includes basic modules needed for almost any game. It includes UI windows system, save/load, static data (like configs, constants) and audio. It helps me not to spend a lot of time for infrastructure of the game cz I have only 1-2 hours a day to be an indie developer :)
This is actually the second game I developed using this framework. So I wasted some hours to fix several bugs during this jam :)
